I REALLY FEEL IF THEY HAD A LONG TIME IN JAIL THEY WOULD THINK TWICE BEFORE DOING SUCH A CRIME < I AM STILL AWARE THIS CRIME WILL GO ON BUT AT LEAST JUSTICE IS BEING SEEN TO BE DONE FOR THE ONES WE CATCH < OR AM I WRONG ? YOU TELL ME ?
