View Full Version : I just don't know what to do with myself
-dances round a pole like Kate Moss-
Do I want to be in a relationship that will be long distance due to me being at University in another city, or do I want to let another one pass me by? Is the juice worth the squeeze, TiBB? :(

I agree with Karl, you have nothing to lose Greg. And if its not working out, the fact that it's a long distance one, you won't be a bad guy for ending it.

I say give it a go, it's best to try things and not have them work out then to give it a miss and always regret not trying.

Give it a go a son!!!!

But then I'm so used to giving it a miss and being okay with not trying. I go back to Uni on the 10th of January, 3 weeks just isn't long enough before having to leave again, I don't know what to do.

Just go for it. :)
Even if it doesn't work out at least you tried.
And it could work out, if you don't give it a go you'd be kicking yourself later.

I say give it ago, even it doesn't work out chances are you'll remain friends and at least you won't regret not trying. Better to regret what you've done than what you haven't done. :)
Loads of people do it whilst at Uni so I don't see why not
Go for it, I started a long distance relationship just over a month ago, we see each other every 2 weeks... but to be honest it is worth it. They fact I am completely goo goo over rides the idea of distance.

They almost never work but give it a go if you like. Personally, you're young, I think you should bag some slags ... spread your seed ... grease your pole.... And then, years later, when you're old with a double chin and a hairy gut, you can smile while you're sat on your baggy sofa, looking at your wife's handbag and wondering when she's going to let your balls out to play. You can smile because you remember sexing all those dirty students.

Some people like to also have "a bit on the side"

Yeh, and a lot of the time the bit on the side turns into The One whereas the long-distance thingymabob ends up being on the side.

Give it a go Greg! You've got nothing to lose and perhaps a lot to gain. And if it doesn't work out, well you'll be at uni and there'll always be plenty of other options there I'm sure!
