I'd also like to point out how barbarically illogical it is to not put this information up on either Joe's or the X Factor's website. Unless it's hard to get there, then they need to go to logic school.

Well when the series was on it would've been the XF House or the studios, but seeing as it's now finished I don't know.

No, a stain would be dirty. :P
Even if he does respond, after going through thousands of other similar letters I sincerely doubt he is going to pay much attention to what type of paper you are writting on.
