I think for most this would be difficult to answer. But I'd pick my mum, I have absolutely no love for my dad.

My Father Died when I was 3 and I don't really remember properly, so my mother obviously looked after us on her own and is a great mother so I probably love her in a different way but not more.

My mum. I can talk to her about things I would never tell my dad about. It's a male thing I think. It's hard for two males to talk about sentimental things.. even if it is your dad.

I love them both equally :]
but I'm gonna say my Dad here, he introduced me to Cardiff City when I was 4 years old and he's taken me to almost every home game since then. He found my love for them and it's also his love for the team, so we share the same passion.

Well...looking back I loved my Dad a lot more than I showed him whilst he was alive - but he was also a somewhat uncaring alcoholic. I got on with him all the time but he made a lot of mistakes and never really made an effort, even though I could never say anything bad to him - we just got on. The fact that I didn't cry at his funeral this year probably says quite a lot...I was devastated when I found out he died, obviously, but since we weren't that close I didn't really go into hysterics.

I always have ferocious rows with my mum but I know that she is without a doubt the biggest influence, role model and person who I depend upon the most - I hardly ever show her how much I love her and admire her and I should. She's put in so much into giving me and my siblings a good upbringing, particularly at this time of year when she's gotten into so much debt to give us a good Christmas.

So although I'd never pick which I prefer, I think I care and notice my mum more.

My Dad. I love my Mum too, but my Dad's always made the effort to be there and spend time with us, despite everything else he might have going on at any given moment, he never takes it out on us unless he's really stressed. My Mum's a firecracker though, she flips out all the time, over time I've stopped caring and just accepted that she's a bit mental. Having said that, I get on great with both of my parents, they're my friends as well as my parents.
