Why do not you make lists positive things happening around you.
Stop sorry for yourself.

1. I have somewhere to live. - Have you seen homelss people under this weather?
2. I own a computer - Some people can not afford to have one.
3. I can see -
etc.etc. countless things,,,.

"GRATEFUL" this is the key to your life of turning point.

It may be unthinkable word for you at the moment.
Please try.

Oh one thing, you are very good poet.
I would like to read more.

Nothing positive about my life sooty, that is why. You're lucky I post that on this kind of forum and you know what I mean

When I was 20, very shocking things happened.
Eversince I never smiled, I never laughed, no emotion, very negative atmosphere.

I thought I would end up in a mental hospital.

One day my elder sister who was worried about me sent me a book.

It was like cross between psychology and philosophy.
When I read it, I noticed I was crying and realised my emotion has come back.

A book saved me. Can you believe? A book. Words are powerful.

If I did not have the book I would have died in a mental hospital for sure.

My husband is in a hospital. He may not make it. Doctor said.
Please reconcile with your parents before too late.

You think it is your parents's fault.
But you have to change not them.

By the way I have never noticed Poem section. This was the first time I visited here.

Do not worry, I will never tell you what to do anymore.

Please keep writing. I will just read.
