Ipod touch and video help please!

Ugh I am getting so annoyed with my ipod! When I try to add a video it says that my ipod isnt compatible with the video. Its so annoying! It's should work and everything because it plays MP4 and everything. Is there something I need to do? I have added the video to my ipod and then clicked 'sync' but this thing just pops up tell me it wont work.
Do I need to give more information?? Please can someone help me??

Not sure, mine all work when I buy them off iTunes. Just make sure "sync all videos" box is ticked.

Thats what I do and I have done that aswell. :(. I don't get why it wont work.

Ah, they couldn't be copied to the iPod because they're not in a format it recognizes. Are you sure they're MP4s? Try converting them to another format like .m4v :)

Download free studio manager, it has a program that you can change wmv to mpeg and mp3 to mpeg.
