When I was a little girl I wanted to be a nurse or air stewardess.

I am interested in home interia for quite sometime.

First time I noticed Wombai was not the things she was saying but pictures of room design. It was my type. I thought she/he might be a some sort of interia designer.

My dream job will be buying unmodernised property and done up, and re sell with profit. I like TV's House Doctor or any shows like "before" and "after" of the house/flat, even a garden.
But if you want to make a profit you have to forget your taste.

No really, it's a job you have to live to understand. I love the hype, the responsibilities you have on your shoulder and of course the easy money you can make.
It seems to be rather easy on the paper but it's difficult and you must know all the technical aspects of everything all the time.
Goods are money and they're very expensive so not taking care of it is a huge mistake and can have severe consequences.

Yeah thats the kind of thrill I get out of piloting, you're in control of lives etc, loads of pressure. I get what you mean with it though ... it just doesn't really interest me just like some of my interests are probably of no interest to you!

I don't feel well if I don't wear a suit or if I don't get phone calls at work. I do not consider not being a business man. I think it's a great job for me: I can use my multi-languages skills, I love to travel, I need responsibilities and a well paid job. People think I'm crazy when I say I have to be under pressure, I have to be hyped or under adrenaline. I have to be busy and running everywhere.

One day, I considered being a professional rugby man but I don't want to waste my skills nor my intelligence (rugbymen aren't dumb but you get me). I love this sport, it's my life and my passion but I couldn't do it as a regular "job". It will be part of my for the rest of my life, that's for sure.

I think it can be part of education really. I mean, I always saw my dad in a business suit, I've been going to work with him just to hang out and talk to people. I guess I was in the field since I was a young boy. To me, it's natural to make money and to be a busy guy even though it means travelling and getting away from your family a bit.

It probably is a bit to do with that kind of stuff, just not in my case. I mean my mum and her toyboy are both solicitors (probably where my interest in crime comes from), but I think its just because I've been too spoilt so I'm too lazy do do anything myself :joker:

I'm the kind of person that just takes the money and runs ... I don't want work to take over my life, ever, unless its worth it. And it has to be like leisure for me to enjoy it

My dream job would be to be part of 'The Royal Shakespeare Company' as part of their devising touring theatre group, getting to tour the country (or world) with a piece of theatre written by the actors, thrown together whilst experimenting and just improvising on the spot.

What a dream that is of mine, I would never worry about money, I would get to travel which I love doing, and I would get to create art... which would be amazing! But it takes a lot of work to get there, considering past actors are people like Judi Dench!

Nurse! That is fantastic. But Wombai, it is hard work.

Past month I have been visiting my husband in a hospital and spent half afternoon every day during this Xmas holiday.

I have been watching nurses and other staff, they must be dedicated to their jobs.

Anyway good luck on your exam. Would you give us a good news when you qualified?

Thanks again sooty! Sorry to hear about your husband - I hope he is home soon! Yes it is hard work - harder than I ever imagined, to he honest - but no more exams to do - just essays! In the middle of one now - just can't seem to get in mood - and keep coming on here instead! I am just going to have to exercise more self-discipline and force myself - as deadline is looming!

I keep saying the same about buying lottery tickets - only ever bought one! Not likely to win much that way, am I!
