Sorry if this is a stupid question, but when Obama's 4 years as president are up and the Americans have to vote again, can he still be president if they vote for him again?
And if the answers yes, would you like to see him as president for 4 years after his time is up?

You can serve two terms of 4 years, but you have to be re-elected for the second term. so basically every president has a maximum of 8 years in charge
Why do people actually care if he's the president or not? Not like it affects us a great deal

Because America is such a force to be reckoned with in the world, who's making the decisions across the pond effects the whole world.
