Today i went to the hospital,a family member had to go. and i went too.
I was sat down,and around the corner, came a man with 3 other people around him. :spin:
when they got closer,, I saw that he was hand-cuffed :shocked:
I have never seen anything like that before, even though You guys probably have!! lmao :joker:
Its really sad though :bawling: i felt so sorry for him tbf.

He may have been going to see a dying family member too, I think that is allowed

When I went in for my UV scan there was a guy sitting opposite me with handcuffs and two police men either side. Most deffinetly he was having a checkup/ visiting a relative.

I've seen like 3 people be arrested before. All different times though.

I see people getting arrested all the time during Cardiff vs Swansea matches :joker::joker:

Not necessarily. If he was at the hospital he may have been a mental health patient.

I see things like that all the time where I live, last time I saw it was in October.
Was standing at a bus stop at about 7`o clock and this guy comes running down the street banging into people :joker:

The police got him though when he got to near Tescos.. which is a random place to be arrested.

the Police were already with him - not arrested at the hospital,, but not sure of he was a patient :conf2: Or visiting someone in hospital

Could have come from the secure unit or something. Who knows though.
