Its an american reality show. similar to BB, but they live in a house in a rANdom city. They can come and go. They have a job, and their lives are filmed.

The Real World was the 'original Reality tv show' as IloveDC said.

BB copied the Real World, only added the elimination process and nominations onto the format.
Basically the idea of BB comes from the Real World.

You can see the similarities when you watch a season of it.
