And big names don't necessarily make big entertainment so I can't see why all the fuss right now.

I mean, I think it's ridiculous not to watch the show because the celebrities aren't that big but it's been the same thing for 6 series and will be the same for the 7th. I guess people had high hopes because it was the last series but hoping for Lindsay, Paris or Pamela is completely delusional.

I'm not disappointed anymore to be honest, I gave up hopes since Big Brother 7 and since, I've been enjoying the show more by not expecting anything from it. It's the best way not to be disappointed.

A lineup of two halves... the boys are good. I expect there to be plenty of arguments between them as they've got big egos.

The females are disappointing. But then again, last year's lineup looked good with some bigger names, but the series turned out quite bad. People who I expected to be entertaining like Mutya and Lucy Pinder did jack ****.

The only reason there has been such high expectations is because the producers and Davina have said "We had a lot of people coming forward and saying they wanted to do it. Some were quite big names that kind of surprised us."

And then you get Nicola T (who the ***** is that?!?!), Dane Bowers, Ivana Trump, etc.

The only decent "confirmed" housemates are Vinnie Jones, Basshunter and Alex Reid.

Alex might not be huge, but at least he's a celebrity at the moment, rather than 10+ years ago.
