02-01-2010, 04:22 PM
-My name is Rémy, I'm 19 (20 in 17 days) and I live in Marseilles, the second biggest city in France, it's much better than Paris because we've got sex, the beaches, islands and sun.
-Only my first name and my birth place are French in me. My dad was born in Russia and my mum in Italy.
-Therefore I do speak French, English, Italian and Russian, all pretty much fluently.
-I have an older and a younger sister and also a nephew and a niece.
-I've got two tattoos: one black gecko on my back and a shamrock with my name in it on my torso.
-I chose Captain.Remy as a TIBB username because when I was younger, one of my craziest dream was to be the captain of a pirates ship. It wasn't my original username tho, I used to be Sunshine30.
-I've been playing rugby since the age of 5 but got to interrupt in 2004 for 6 months due to knee surgeries but I got back in tracks in 2005.
-I'm currently in Marseilles' University studying International Transports and Port/Airport logistics. I'm having the best marks out of my degree.
-I'm quite a party boy. I've been clubbing since the age of 15. I'm a part time bartender and part time DJ when I want to.
-My social network is everything to me. I would say I'm popular but I try to be fair to everyone.
-People think I'm a narcissistic pretentious obnoxious big-headed mother****er but I'm secretly shy and much nicer than that to be honest.
-My favourite film is Cruel Intentions.
-My favourite song is from The Verve, called Bittersweet Symphony even though my favourite style of music is Electro/House/Dance.
-My favourite drink is mainly Vodka but also Whisky Coke.
-I'm someone who loves to try new things, I need some adrenaline. I think you should live your life on the edge and stop being scared of everything.
-I passed my driving license in 2008 and got a nice Clio II my parents offered me for Christmas 08.
-I'm born to be a leader. I've been Class and High School President 7 times, Student of the Year 2007 and Chairperson of the Marseilles Youth Parliament. I cannot not consider being the boss or controlling things around me, I'm a control freak.
-I want to live in London since I was 12. I love UK a LOT, it's where I belong, I feel it.
I could go on and on about myself but I'll stop there...for now.

My name's Michelle, I'm 31 and currently live in Manchester.
I was named after the song 'Michelle' by the Beatles as my Dad was/is a massive fan.
I'm part Italian, part Irish and the rest English.
I have one older brother, well half brother from my Dad's first marriage. He's nearly 20 years older than I am and we never lived in the same house. Essentially I'm an only child.
My username is taken from the name of Willow's cat in Buffy.
I'm 5'5 and take a size 5 shoe.
I'm not currently working, but am studying through the Open Uni for a degree in psychology.
I suffered with agoraphobia, depression and extreme anxiety for over 2 years and could barely leave the house. I still have anxiety now and suffer with panic attacks regularly.
I am estranged from my mother and that's made me a total daddy's girl, though I think I always was really.
My favourite film is The Shawshank Redemption.
Favourite music, rock, indie, some pop, dance, classical, R&B.
Favourite colour is purple.
Mad on football (support Everton), wrestling, tennis, Johnny Depp
Favourite alcoholic drink Vodka. Non alcoholic coffee and diet pepsi.
Phobias are spiders, heights, the dark and getting stuck on my own in crowded places.
I want to live in America.
I'm terrified of death, keeps me awake at night sometimes thinking about it.
I'm a huge animal lover, and my dog is definitely my best friend in the world.
I love dancing and wish I could have become a pro dancer, my mum wouldn't let me go to dance school, and it just never happened. I'm damn good too lol.
Currently addicted to Reeses Peanut Butter Cups, playing Need for Speed Shift and Oblivion on the X Box and listening to Daniel Merriweather 'Red'. <3 that song.
I think that will do!

I'm Greg. I'm eighteen years old, I'm from Aberdeen but I live in Glasgow for University, although I'm currently back in Aberdeen because it's the holidays. My favourite type of food is Italian. I could never be a vegetarian. My favourite subject in school was German, and I'm now studying it at University; I'm in 1st year at Uni, having finished 6th year in the summer. I won a trophy at the end of 6th year for the pupils' pupil, which was definitely the proudest moment of my life so far, it meant so much to me. I'm 5'10/5'11, it annoys me that I'm not 6 feet tall because both my brothers and my dad are over 6 feet tall. I don't have a particular favourite colour, anything bright is good though. My favourite film director is Quentin Tarantino, I really enjoy everything he's produced so far, it's not so much a case of "I will love everything he makes", I just happen to like everything that he's made haha. My shoe size is 9; and I have really tiny hands :(. I had to go on Roaccutane for my acne, which meant I couldn't drink alcohol, go out in extreme cold or harsh sunlight (I live in Aberdeen, we only ever have one or the other) and in the end I refused to take any more after being on it for 6 months, they made me fill out a suicide form (i.e. it asked if I'd ever had suicidal thoughts etc... really awkward to fill in when your mum's looking over your shoulder - I have had suicidal thoughts, but more in a 'wonder what would happen to the world if I committed suicide' kind of way, as opposed to I WANT TO DIE ha). I think I'm addicted to Coca Cola, I love the stuff. My favourite series of books are by Philip Reeve; Mortal Engines, Predator's Gold, Infernal Devices & A Darkling Plain; but my favourite book is The Color Purple by Alice Walker, I think it's probably the best book I've ever read. My favourite sport to play is tennis, I've been playing since I was 7, and to watch it's (obviously) football - I'm an Aberdeen fan. I'm the middle child, my older brother is 12 years older than me and is my half brother, he lives in a flat the next street away from our home, but we don't really spend much time together. I had braces for a year and a half, then I had to wear a retainer (the one like a gum guard) but I eventually gave up wearing it, it seemed so pointless to me and I didn't really think I needed braces in the first place, I think my teeth have gone back to the way they were before but I don't care. I'm single and I tend to talk myself out of doing things that are remotely risky, particularly when it comes to dating. My favourite albums are Hot Fuss by The Killers, Finally Woken by Jem and Eyes Open by Snow Patrol (although I really hate the track "-" haha). My favourite song is possibly Run For Cover by the Sugababes, as gimpy as that probably sounds. I'm convinced that I'm going to die in a terrorist attack or a natural disaster, I can't imagine dying of an illness, I swear I'm going to be a statistic . My favourite season is summer. I have lots of friends yet I'm always looking to make more, and I like my music loud with lots of bass! :D

Hiii i'm Gemma. I'm 18 this year [ridiculously excited by the thought of this! :D) and i'm studying my a-levels. It's poo tbh. I can't motivate myself to go to college and rarely make a full week. Nevertheless, i intend on attending nottingham uni to study law with spanish. I hope to one day, immigrate to Spain. I love sport and the only sport i don't enjoy playing/watching is rugby. I also like socialising with friends, shopping, cinemaaa etc. Gavin & Stacey is pro. Love Actually + Mrs Doubtfire = fave films. I get bored of talking about myself, i'm really not that exciting, but im nice. (:
Billy
03-01-2010, 01:31 AM
I'm Billy Jo Bryden. Yeah my initials are BJ lol how funny etc etc!
I'm seventeen and I stay in Kilmarnock, in Scotland. Most people won't know where it is but it's a wee town half an hour from Glasgow, and it's the home of Johnnie Walkers which is the famous whiskey company. I'm 6'1-ish and I'm a size 12 in shoee! I have black hair which for YEARS refused to grown down, it grew up into some retarded thing but it's finally gone normal (as of October 2009). Erm, I'm bi & a threesome consisting of Lloyd Daniels and Diana Vickers would be XXX Factortastic. I got to college in Glasgow, the Met, we call it and I'm doing Communications with Media, but going on to do a HNC in Radio next year. I loveeeee it!
Erm, I like all sorts of music, literally. My cd colletion has everything from Victoria Beckham to Dolly Parton to Snow Patrol to You Me At Six, and then to the Beatles, but I rly hate Leona Lewis and Paramore. I hate any Disney bint that isn't Hilary Duff, she's the original one really haha. I go through periods of loving and hating random artists, and atm I adore Kesha (I refuse to put the dollar sign in ha!). I love Charlotte Church too though, I think shes epic, and such a lovely and genuine down to earth personn.
I'm a reality tv slag, pretty much like everyone else on here haa! I love Big Brother, and suprisingly my favourite series is actually the eighth, even though my favourite *sob* actually got put out first - suprise suprise? Which takes me on nicely to the Curse Of Billy. Kitten, Bonnie, Mary, Emily, Stephanie < all of those at the were my favourite housemates and every one left the Big Brother house first
I love X Factor so much, people go on about how it ruined the music industry but it didn't at all. There's enough room in todays industry for the X Factor, and the charts are becoming more and more irrelevant anyways so meh! But yeah, all of my favourites in the X Factor go in the fifth week aswell, this is scary! First we have Cassie, who came fifth/left fifth, then Maria who shockingly enough went fifth. This was followed by Nikitta and Alisha and then Diana didn't come fifth but she had laryngitis in the fifth week and Lucie was my favourite at that point. So to sum up, they other get put out, or almost die! (Oh and Lloyd CAME fifth, creeepy?)
I'm a nice person, but I'm a bit bi-polar too, which basically means I can be nice as **** to you one time, and then you catch me on an off day when you say something totally stupid and I bite your head off for it. I'm sorry :( I can't help it... Well I kinda can but I try not to...
I've rambled on so I'm going to stop, but this is me!

03-01-2010, 03:07 AM
ok well I'm Gary obviously. I hate my last name so Iw on't be posting however I will say its the same word as for a genre of music - a really **** one, imo. I'm 17 and have Irish Parents - who are VERY Patriotic - grew up in California and then moved to London when I was 10 because of my dad's work. I therefore have worlds most ****ed up accent.
I'm gay, case you didn't guess. I have little tolerance for closet cases over the age of 15, thats bad I know but I guess it's just cos it's always been so apparent to me that I can't stand being around people in any form of denial. I hate I can't have kids because of this but whatever life sucks.
Hobbies, idk, I like reading a lot. I'm always on the search for new music and as soon as I find a new artist I want to have everything of theirs I can find and want to know everything about them so when they become huge [which they often do - my biggest success are Ke$ha, Marina and The Diamonds and GaGa :P] I'll already be well into my obsession. I generally prefer female vocalists, oh and Christina is my life time obsession who I have avidly supported since the age of 8, I saw live in 2006 and hope to see on her next tour again. Her music is everything to me and I beleive she is one of the best artists we've seen in years.
Worst thing that ever happened to me was getting my stomach pumped when I was 14, because my weight had dropped so low. It was yuck and I hate talking about it so I shant go further. I don't have a best moment.
I'm quite intelligent in fact according to a state test I took to get into my school I have an IQ that technically qualifies me to be on the 'genius' scale. I'm not a genius though LOL. I love fashion and take a lot of pride in my appearance. I never go to sleep without a pair of sunglasses, my phone and some chewing gum next to my bed incase of a fire ut also so I get all my messages as they come.
Me and straight guys is like a no go area. They just hate me tbh I've only ever had 2 straight male friends. And I reckon one was bi tbh. I have a best friend but I often wonder just how good a friend she is tbh. But yeah no point dwelling.
I love Drew Barrymore but my favourite movies are Mean Girl, Lucky Number Slevin, Love Actually, Little Miss Sunshine and School of Rock. It's my lifetime to be a journalist for Heat magazine and I fully intend to fulfill my ambition.
oh and my favourite colour is purple :D

Yo there my fellow TiBBers.
I'm Gary, I'm 19 years old and I live in a crappy place called DARTFORD. I'm 6ft and I'm a size 12 in shoes, have brown hair, brown eyes and wear SEXYSPECS. I'm a homosexual. If you tell me your BISEXUAL i tell you your a greedy fudgepacker, right! Currently have a boyfriend but I'm also seeing someone else which makes me a CHEATER but not really since my boyfriend lives in Manchester and it's different codes and that right. My favourite music consits of Lady GaGa, Good Charlotte and Alexandra Burke. I work in the co-operative and in Mottingham. It's alot of CRAP.
Reality TV is my specialitly. From Shipwrecked to Big Brother to Dancing on Ice, Strictly come Dancing and many more it's all gravy to me. I just LOVE IT. My favourite though is properly The Apprentice which I don't care what people say IT IS A REALITY PROGRAMME.
My hobbies consist of boozing, blazing and sexing. I also like a bit of football and the occassinal game of Tennis. I also play Golf with my mate but I am a bit rubbish at that and just like to pretend to spank my boyfriend with the club. I'M HARD. I've met a few celebrities- Victoria Beckham who I wanted to shag senseless and Dean Gaffney who tried to get into the knickers of my 16 year old cousin. I've also met Diana Vickers who was LOVELY and I saw Lily Allen on a underground train and she kept swearing at some old lady. I once appeared on telly in SHAMELESS playing a background character when they shot on location.
I am addicted to tea, weed and white chocolate and have a very bad temper if I can't have a cigarette. My mother is a nurse and my sister works as a barmaid and is a TOTAL BITCH. I also have a baby sister named Martina who is very sweet when she is asleep. I also have three magazine addictions - Inside Soap, Attitude and Heat.
THAT'S ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW. This was a total pain to write so you fudgers better read this.

My name's Dean, I'm 20 years old. My favourite colour is red and I got two dogs and 3 rabbits. I haven't got a job yet but I'm not on the dole since I'm too proud, so I make money by doing odd jobs for people. which is gonna tide me over until I find something better.
I love films and some of my favourites are Lion King, Kill Bill, Battle Royale and Edward Scissorhands. I'm a bit of a snob when it comes to films and music but I do like some bad music/films as guilty pleasures though. When it comes to music I LOVE Muse, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, and Mew.
I've got an erratic and indecisive personality and I suffer from Agoraphobia although I'm not a crazy shut in, I just don't like being on my own in unfamiliar places or alone at night. I hate pretty much everything about my appearance and if I had the chance I'd change everything. I'm quite a distant person, it takes me a while to relax around new people and I rarely open up to anyone as I like to keep my thoughts and such to myself. There's a lot more going on with me then you'd probably think if you ever saw me, I have a fair few secrets.
In someways I'm very mature but in others I'm naive. I like to think optimistically but I can be quite cynical. I forgive incredibly easily, If I'm angry with someone make me laugh and then I'll forget what I was angry about. If I'm angry but I'm being quiet, be worried. I think some people see me as a little eccentric, I've got a bit of a bizarre sense of humour which very few people get completely.
I'm quite a good writer (not counting any Tibb stories I do as they're complete rushjobs) and would like to become a successful author one day. While I'm good at some things I don't think I excel in anything.
I go to bed late and I like to wake up early, I hate sleeping in sicne it's a wate of a day. I'm an incredibly fussy eater and I can't stand any high class food, give me common food any day. I don't drink but only because there's no alcoholic drink I like the taste of and I don't smoke as I see it as a waste of time.
I'm currently single, I wouldn't mind a girlfriend but I'm not that fussed for the moment. I'm content with how things are. I've never had a bad break up and have remained friends with my ex-girlfriends. I like easy going people who don't take themselves to seriously, my dream girl is someone who is laid back and funny and someone I can have a laugh with as well as love.
I tend to set goals for myself a lot o keep myself on track, Every day I'll have a list in mind of things I wanna do or achieve.

31-05-2011, 01:05 PM
I'm Dylan, but I'm mostly known by people as Doogle. I'm 13, but I'll turn 14 on the 30th of June. I'm originally from London, but I moved to Kent about 4 years ago now. :o  My favourite film is Monsters, Inc. I'm not usually a fan of non-animated films unless they're a comedy that's actually decent, like Airplane. However saying that, I enjoy the Harry Potter series. My favourite colour is purple, though it often changes between purple and orange. :joker: I have quite a few favourite foods including fajitas, spaghetti bolognaise and tuna & pasta. Cream Soda is easily my favourite drink. It's so nice. My shoe size is an 8. I used to be like 3 sizes ahead of everyone I know but in the last 2 years my feet just stopped growing and I'm stuck at size 8 now. I'm just about 6 foot, maybe a couple of inches less (haven't measured probably in a while) so yeah I'm quite tall, which I love. I don't have a fear of heights, but I do have a fear of any kind of rollercoaster or fairground ride that goes too high. I'm scared it'll break. :joker: However I'm comfortable with stuff like climbing a ladder, going on airplanes etc. I also have a fear of spiders (only because of that spider thread a few weeks ago), chavs (I'm not even joking) and I'm claustrophobic.
I try my best to be a nice person, but if someone is nasty to me I just start being a bitch about them. I don't see why I should waste my time on someone who is horrible to me after I've done nothing wrong. I'm quite sarcastic, and have been told I'm quick witted (for instance, my mum hung up some rosemary by the clock, and I said "is that meant to be Rosemary and Time"), plus I like to make people laugh. My favourite TV shows include Big Brother, FRIENDS & SpongeBob, they're 3 shows that I have found to be the most entertaining, though I'm a fan of many other shows too.

I'm Stu, 20, bisexual, from the port town of lovely Cork City, Ireland. Second biggest Irish City, center of a current Heroin epidemic, birthplace of Cillian Murphy, and that's about it.
I rarely saw daylight until the age of 16 which I then made up for by taking loads of drugs and going a bit mad. Before that I was raised almost exclusively by the fine wrestlers of the WWE, my PlayStation and books. These two sides of my coin have combined to give me the air of someone who is very sociable but still a massive nerd knowledgable in all the really important things like how many experience points Cloud needs to level up again.
That's fine by me though. I'm quite happy being a nerd. Anyway ... my musical progression in terms of favourite bands went as follows : The Wonder Stuff [they were the first band I ever heard as a kid and really took notice of], Slipknot [11], HIM [12], Arcade Fire [14 - ooer I'm all smart and into indie now] and finally the one and only Depeche Mode who I had been around since a kid because my parents love them but I always dismissed up until six or seven years ago because I was a RAWK kid and bands that didn't use RAWK instruments were not REALZ to me.
I've seen them live twice, would happily have it off with two thirds of the band despite their rapidly ascending age number, do nothing but listen to them and have a bit of a sing song when I get drunk on my own, view them as a genuine source of happyness slash religion and as a hobby more than a band etc.
I like to drown my fabricated sorrows with cheap Lidl brand vodka. I am the liqour. I like playing guitar. I like making weird new sounds on my synth [Roland SH-201] and then doing nothing with them because I don't have the patience to sit in front of a computer making electronic music. I'd like to start a band with some of my buddies later on in the summer that combine my talents of badly playing guitar with dressing like a halloween prostitute under the excuse of 'vaudeville'. My choice for bandname is Bitchcraft.
I'm increasingly paranoid about living off relatives kind donations due to the fact that getting a job is impossible where I live. I have envisioned quickly learning Poker or becoming a dab hand at sliging crack to da kids but none of these masterplans have come to fruition. I am in a film course though writing lovely scripts that will never be filmed such as Con Liner : Pirates On Parole. I like acting it turns out too and do a bit of that in my mates productions. I'm going to Sunderland next year to continue scriptwriting. I would like to write and direct.
My games and wrestling have remained with me. My sense of love has developed a lot. I'm still a bit of a wanker.

I'm Rachel.
I'm 20 and my birthday is 1st January. (Double piss up for new years yay)
I'm Welsh and from Pontypridd, South Wales. I have a really welshy accent I say toast like "torst" and "I'll be there now in a minute" makes perfect sense to me.
I go to uni in West Wales and I work here at a pub.
Going back to Ponty for summer now though.
I study Film & Media and if I passed this year then in September it will be my 3rd and last year of uni.
My favourite film is Fight Club and I also love Tarantino Films.
I can't stand chick flicks or any soppy films.
I drink a lot, I blame being a student. I love Sailor Jerrys, Jager, Desperados, Red Wine.... and when I don't want an alcoholic drink I'll have tea.
I have 8 tattoos so far, I have a whole sleeved planned out and my right leg is going to be tattoos for all my favourite films.
My favourite bands are Queens Of The Stone Age, Every Time I Die, Cancer Bats, City And Colour, Alexisonfire, Eagles of Death Metal (more stuff on my last.fm)
My hair colour changes a lot... right now though it's red.
I'm scared of fire.
I'm single but my last proper relationship was 2 years long.
I have a 4 year old Staffy, she's my baby.
...I think I've wrote enough now xD

One day I'm going to have a best selling Auto-Biography out in the shops so you can all learn more about my fantastic life then.
My name is Patrick, I'm 15 in August but I have the mental age of someone far older.
I'm from Northern Ireland, Belfast and I still live there.
I believe I am pretty much one of those people that will go down in History, I'll probably become the most important person of the 21st Century.
I believe that when I die - the world will end, that you are all merely little characters in the cutting edge soap opera / reality show that is - Patrick's life.
My favourite film is Due Date although I haven't watched it since Friday 12th November 2010 - so I think my favourite film is The Hangover at the moment.
I use to like Bubble Gum, Euro, Chavy Pop music but now I prefer bands like Pendulum, Iron Maiden, The Pretty Reckless, Greenday, My Chemical Romance, Red Light Company etc
Although I do still have a soft spot for Dance/Trance/Techno kind of music - especially the likes of Chicane.
My favourite colour is Scarlet although I do like a light shade of Blue.
My favourite food is the Italian BMT from Subway - eat fresh.
My favourite drink is probably Boost - I just like energy drinks in general, although I hate those kids that drink them when they're 12 and think they're so hardcore and act as if drinking Red Bull is the equivalent to drinking 3 Bottles of Vodka.
I find Blondes and Brunettes attractive, also really love Emo Girls - very hot.
I think that girls who try and act cool are ridiculous, and girls that fail at things should be put down - like for example, if a girl falls over like an idiot whilst with me, or can't cook properly, they should just leave the earth.
My phobia is being buried alive, also I'm still afraid of moths.
I once spent 4 Hours last Summer trying to kill one in my room, I wouldn't go to sleep until it was no longer a threat to my safety.
So that's abit about wonderful me.
I'll probably return to this thread in 2012 and shake my head in disgust at what I've just wrote.

My name is Claudia, I’m twenty, I live with my mom and I’ve an older sister. My main ambitions are to write and travel. And even though I do get to go other countries, it’s not as I once imagined it. I’m hopeful that one day I will be able to trek places. And as for being a writer, I’m going to finish a fantasy epic and get it published under a pseudonym, one day.
Films, books and music are my main joys, life would be unbearable without them. And then there is walking, I love it, especially if I have my ipod with me.
My favourite food is sushi, so much so I would love to live in Japan, and I’m pretty sure I will someday. And what else, fave film is probably Whip It, but that changes a lot, and I’m not sure about a fave song, one of them is Bullet by Scarlett Johansson.
And stuff that scares me, there’s lots and if I started to list it all you’d think me neurotic, so I’ll just mention a couple, driving is one, I don’t think I trust myself to be in control of a car, and the roads seem pretty frightening. And another fear is siamese twins (those people stuck together), I find them creepy.

I'll just do the 'statistics' -
Kerry-Ann (Kerry)
33 years old
Libran
Pets - Cat, tropical fish, child and an OH
Eyes - I thought were green but they have a hint of blue
Hair - long, poker straight and dark blonde
5ft 2inch tall
Small build
Shoe size 4
I'll write some stuff later..... or at a later date :)
Right, the rest -
2 brothers. One which I had no idea about until I was 10. Both a lot older than me.
I was an orphan by 10 years old. My Nan brought me up. Mum died when I was 5 (cancer) and my Dad drank himself to death after that. He couldn't cope without her and died when I was 10. Never been close to my brothers (one a half brother - hence why I had no idea about him)
Cranky teen life. Awful BF who beat me and put me in hospital a few times, less said the better. Finally met (or re-met as we briefly met in school) my now OH and we tried for our child three years later - result
I'm too stubborn, independent and proud for my own good. I HATE pity or help which is one of my biggest downfalls. I'd rather crawl to hospital with a broken leg than accept an ambulance or lift.
All I've ever wanted is family. I have close extended family but I've always craved the family home. Not fussed about holidays or fancy houses. Money doesn't bother me either in the slightest. Yep, it'd be nice to be forever comfy but meh, I'm working class and love that
LOVE my city :D My team (Sheffield United - God help me). My passions are photography, football, reading, TV, nature and the internet
Quite a loner. Love my own space. Very much a nightowl and always have been. But also love chatting so a happy medium really.
Suffer from panic disorder (sod it, lets get it all out there) but on the whole try and stick the rods up at it. Just sad it deters my walking a lot.
Um, fave colour is purple, I love alternative and punk music and wearing jeans and trainers. Best feeling ever is laughing and making others laugh. :D
Thats meeeeeeee *scuttles off*

Nice one. I'm such a nosey cow. I sat reading these for ages the other night when it was re-bumped and I bet I'm not the only nebby sod so get posting :joker:
I'm Zee, real name Greg, you may know me for running Most Loved or doing the most work out of all of the moderating team. I'm 19 years old and I'm from Aberdeen. I just finished 2nd year of a German degree at the University of Glasgow - which means at the end of August I'll be moving to Germany for a year as part of my degree. I'll be working in a classroom somewhere as an English assistant, which absolutely terrifies me and I don't really want to go if I'm quite honest, partly because they give you next to no details and leave you to sort everything out by yourself at the last possible minute and I HATE leaving things to the last minute, I need to know what I'm doing well in advance of something and they're just trolling the hell out of me. Banter sponge. After that I've got two years of honours to complete and then I'll hopefully graduate with a degree that enables me to do regular person things like get a job and learn how to cartwheel.
I've had weight problems since I was about 9 years old and have finally decided to tackle them properly by joining a gym and eating healthily, I'm the sort of person that needs to steam ahead with an idea right away otherwise it'll fizzle out in the planning stages, so I'm pleased that I've kept up the good work thus far. I have a younger brother and an older half brother, my parents are still together and we have a pet cat who has one eye. I think I'm 5'11"; both my brothers tower over me which annoys me so much. My favourite TV programs are Green Wing, Family Guy and LOST - otherwise I don't really watch TV save for the X Factor if it's good. I've been single for nearly 3 and a half years, relationships are important to me, I take them very seriously and so I suppose I have high standards in the sense I'm looking for a certain type of personality, but I don't really have a type in terms of looks, but thinking about it, the few people I've had a thing with have all had dark hair and dark eyes so I guess that's my preference... I'm really shy when it comes to that sort of thing, I never approach people.
I have black hair, greeny-yellow eyes, "pouty lips", my legs are really hairy, I have tiny hands and feet (yet size 9 shoes, but my toes look so tiny, they're like afterthoughts pmsl) but I have a gigantic weird shaped head, my ears are huge and I sometimes think life is taking the piss out of me. I don't think I have much of an accent. I've been best friends with my best friend since we were 12 years old, we met on the first day of secondary school, were in the same form class and all the same classes and have been joint at the hip ever since, we lived in halls together in 1st year of uni and shared a flat over 2nd year, we're so close, he knows all about TiBB and has even played online games with some TiBB members haha. I don't believe in giving people second chances because I think I'm an extremely tolerant, laid back person and if someone has managed to upset/anger me, I know there's no point in forgiving them because I'll never get over it. I'm terrible for bursting into tears when I'm upset whenever I'm alone, I'm actually pathetic :laugh2: but I don't think there's any shame in it. I'm still a virgin, which my friends on here regularly make fun of, but like I said, I take relationships seriously and wouldn't just throw myself at anyone, I'm a very reserved, thoughtful person, so I'm not going to compromise my integrity by doing something I don't want to do.
I've started blogging recently too, I might share the link on here sometime in the near future once I've racked up a few more blog posts, I intend to keep it going throughout my year abroad so my friends can read all about how much I'm hating it and the variety of awkward interactions I suffer through when I'm in Germany.

Thank you Jords  I'll still be on here as ever (unless I can't get internet - a thought that terrifies me more than anything else - I can deal with it being crap so long as I can keep in contact with everyone!) so it should be fine!

:D Best way to deal with problems you can't fix is to joke about them - I've often thought about dressing up as an elf at Christmas, and donating my skull to science fiction films after I die for use in alien costumes.
My legs are hairy as **** too and I have even smaller feet at size 7/8

Joey(Joseph) Steele, 19, home is Worcester-shire,currently away at Uni, I am 5' 11'' tall,11 stone in weight and shoe size 9, I have 3 older Brothers, the next one to me is 10 years older than I am.All are married, with 12 children between them so that's maybe why I will stay single .
I hope to either be a Politician or Lawyer in the future, I try to be a fair person but find some people really annoy me so I need to avoid them as I hate confrontation,( I guess I have chosen odd professions if I don't like confrontation).
I am not a materialistic person and love chatting to people and learning from their experiences of life, young and old.I like to think I am approachable and willing to help anyone if I can.
I am of full Irish ancestry on my Mother's side and full Scottish ancestry on my Father's side but was born in England.
My favourite colour is Blue, my favourite food is in the main vegetarian but I will eat meat if with Friends or Family so not a vegetarian, I love Chinese and Italian food.
I rarely drink alcohol,(I get ribbed loads for that), when I do as long as it's Whiskey based I am happy.
Reality programmes are the things I like to watch on TV and important sport events,I love Football, supporting Birmingham and Manchester Utd.
I am crazy about music and set out to hear as many songs that were hits from the start of the charts. My favourite song keeps changing all the time but overall the one I keep coming back to is 'Love will Tear us apart' by 'Joy Division'.My all time favourite group is 'Oasis'.
I am rather sensitive and also a bit of a boring guy, I am not too adventurous and no way a daredevil, I like Swimming,Running and not as much as I used to but playing Tennis too.
I have a wide taste of Films, mainly Horror, but I find I laugh more at Horror films than Comedies,I am history mad and have an obsession with Mary Queen of Scots,my heroine from History,I'd have fought to the death for her, no problem.
I love really old films too, an actress from the past that I love watching is Bette Davis.
As to phobias, one I am well over but as a child I was terrified of Santa Claus, the very idea of him scared me rotten. Now my phobias are Moths and Daddy-long-legs,I freeze if a Daddy long-legs is in the same room as me.
A great fault of mine as you will have noticed, is I go on too long with explanations or comments, I get into trouble al the time for that, It has been said of me that my analysis/comments/explanations are like someone being in Manchester and needing to get to London but they travel to London from Manchester via the Highlands of Scotland.
On that note ,I think I better stop now.

I’m Jords, or Jordan, I’m 16 (turning 17 on the 23rd) and I live in Lincolnshire. I’ve moved house twice but never moved outside my little town of Spalding and for a long time was quite fond of it, however I am looking forward to moving out when I’m older to a livelier place. It might be a nice idea to return when I retire.
My favourite colours are green, orange and blue. I love animals and have had a variety of pets from your usual dogs and cats to the more wacky parrots and reptiles, namely a tortoise called Rix which I’m sort of infamous for. My hobby is music; Ive only recently started searching for artists that are not so mainstream in order to broaden my taste. But I really love it and it’s a great way to chill. Indie bands, female vocalists and electronic music are my favourites. Ive always wanted to play the saxophone also, and maybe one day I’ll achieve this. Song-writing is something that I have dipped in and out of trying too, just for fun.
I don’t know much about myself, and that really annoys me. I don’t truly know who I am or what I want to do yet. I seek friends and parties, but at the same time can be shy and hold back and invest much time on my own. It takes a while to really get to know me, and I’ve had plenty of issues with trust with people that I now tend to keep a lot to myself. For a long time at my school I found it difficult to make friends, I made a best friend in year 8 who I still am to this day, and a small group of friends but they were more similar with each other than me. Now at sixth from I’m less socially awkward and have made many more, but I still sometimes feel like I’m odd compared to everybody else and that people would rather make friends with somebody else than me. Oh and I hate arrogant people; I just simply cannot bare it.
I’m definitely a family man, but unfortunately mine has been very unstable at times, but I still love them.
I have a lot of issues with my appearance, especially being on the chubby side. Ive started to diet and exercise more, and believe I’ll be much happier with myself if I slim down. Although I can poke fun at myself for being a fatty bum bum, I don’t want to be any longer
I’m not keen on my voice all that much, and absolutely cannot stand reading out aloud in front of the class. I get nervous for no reason by it and my voice shakes making me feel stoopid.
Id like to go to uni when I’m older, but I’m not totally sure if that will work out, but if I do I think teaching is a future career Id like to go into. ‘Forces of Nature’ was on BBC1 (product placement ;)) the other night, and it really made me want to go on an adventure, and perhaps tour the world a bit when I’m older. I'd love to see a lot more of what’s out there, and visit each continent. I may be going to Germany with a few mates this summer, which would be exciting times!
Overall I’m a happy guy thats loves reality TV is always being inspired and I wrote this in Word because my typo-abilty is the shizzle lulz
:D

Thank you Jords,I was terrified of him, I wouldn't go anywhere near him in the grotto's,if he spoke to me I pleaded with my Mum to get me away from him, I didn't want him bringing my presents,I said why does he have to come in, can we not just pick them up,
The last Christmas eve, before my Mum said it's okay son he doesn't come, I asked if the doors could be locked and nothing open at all to let him in but an older Brother said,if he finds everywhere locked it doesn't matter he has loads of little elves that travel with him and they come through the keyholes or under the doors to open them for him.
I was terrified, I couldn't sleep on Christmas eve for all the wrong reasons.:joker::joker:
I have no idea where this fear of him came from, maybe it was the loud 'ho ho ho's', or his beard but I really was scared of all about him.
Looking back now,I see how daft that sounds, but at the time I dreaded Christmas coming.
I also really enjoyed reading the insight to yourself too.

Dudlaayyyyyyyyy:D.
You from Dudley? :P
Ok, my names Matt, I'm 17 (18 in 2 months :amazed:) and live in a tiny village in the South West. Lived here all my life and I do love the place even if it can be boring as hell, hopefully I'll be able to drive soon so wont always be relying on lifts to go to places. I'd quite happily stay here for another year or two but gotta leave sometime I guess and since it would be pointless for me to take a gap year, I'm going to Uni in September. I'm Supposed to be doing English & History, but might try and change that to straight History or History and Politics, those are the two subjects I'm most interested in, I'm a bit of a nerd when it comes to those two actually :p
I have quite a wide circle of friends now but there's only a few who I'd really consider close friends. We have quite a big friend group of about 15 guys and 6 or 7 girls but out of those there's probably only about 5 that I feel comfortable having a one on one conversation with. I'm a bit weird about that actually, I'm often worried if it is just a one on one conversation that the other person doesnt really find me interesting to talk to and get awkward or something like that  I'm a lot more confident than I was before I went into sixth form, and I've got to know a lot more people, I think I got on well with basically everyone in my year with a couple of exceptions. I used to get into quite a lot of trouble especially in year 11 and they tried to stop me going into sixth form because of it but the last two years have been a lot better with no problems. I think I'm probably pretty different in real life to how I am on here, in real life I'm a bit weird but I like to think in a good way, I'm always quite happy to laugh at myself as well, and I'm pretty cheerful most of the time.
I'm quite a lazy person really, I can spend a lot of time doing nothing at all, but I dont really intend to change that, I like being lazy. I do socialise a fair bit though, and go out on weekends more than I used to. I still try and play a bit of sport but gave up football this year, gave up tennis the year before and gave up golf 3 years ago. The only one I really play now is cricket just for the village team and that's just more to have a laugh than play seriously, I play darts for the local pub as well but went through a period of playing complete sh*t last season. I'm convinced I had dartitis but everyone else said I was just crap. I watch a lot more sport than I play, I'm a big West Ham fan, and a big Denver Broncos fan in American Football, it's one of my goals to get over to Denver to watch a game sometime, I was lucky to get to see them at Wembley last year but I'd still love to see them on their home turf. I've been to Colorado a couple of times but not to the city, we've gone skiing there, that's another of my favourite sports, been quite a few times.
Umm cant think of much more to add, I like to read a lot, and I've started watching a lot of films recently when I realised that I'd basically seen none of the really huge films. I like spending time on my own, my parents are away for a week atm and so I've got the house completely to my house which is great. I'm not much of a family man tbh, I dont mind spending time with close family, basically my parents and brother, but I hate it when you go to these big family gatherings and you have to try and mingle with all your Grannie's cousin's son or whatever. My cousins getting married in August so that's going to be one of those events, not looking forward to that at all. Apart from that it should be a good summer though, spending a week in Zante with some mates, and a lot of the people in our year from school are going to, then going on cricket tour and might be going to away to Portugal with my parents as well.
Cant think of much else to say so I'll leave it there I guess, didnt think I'd type so much

Jords and MTVN,it was really good to learn a bit more about you both from your posts,There are so many areas where I can relate to you both in them.
Zee has as ever made me think about a lot of things from his post, he always makes me think about things.
Jords,I relate to you being nervous speaking in front of people,I am okay if I am doing it as part of a team assignment but if I have to speak on my own in front of everyone I am extremely nervous, sometimes my hands shake but somehow I am able to control the vocal side so it's not noticeable.
MTVN, oh gosh, yes big family occasions,I love my family dearly and love to see them but I do hate the really big occasions that you describe.
Again at New Year and Christmas, you used to have to see 'all' the Aunts,Uncles and Cousins and at New Year all the Aunts stood in line (bizarrely and ridiculously) and the male members of the family had to go and kiss each one on the cheek wishing them a Happy New Year.I stopped that nonsense at 15 though.
As I said it was nice to learn a bit about you all,I find it hard (usually) talking about myself. I can be very solitary and need my own space a lot, people say,(close friends of mine too), that I am a warm person but few feel they really know me or get to know me properly or that I allow people to get to know me,maybe that's something I need to work on as to myself.
Locke.

I'm James, but don't call me James please. I'm 19 years old and study music composition, hopefully putting out some of my music near the end of this year. I think I've left it really late but I think it's definately a confidence thing more than a creativity thing because I have hundreds of ideas written down but never get round to turning it into a piece. I also do other creative outlets including artsy stuff (picking up sculpting again next year) and writing Abaddon (seriously, you'd be suprised how much I plan it. I have like 4 seasons of ideas and one reader <3)
As for my personality, I'm the type who laughs silently. I'm horrificly difficult to get to know because I generally keep a closed book about myself (ironic, considering the thread I'm posting in) and I don't talk to people I don't think I'll ever get along with. I'm cynical and kind at the same time, which is an odd combination because it makes me seem hostile when I'm really not. I'm shockingly sensitive and really, hate being insulted, even if it's a joke I'll take it to heart. I spend a ridiculous amount of time thinking and nothing good really comes out of it. I hate losing, but I'm not a sore loser if I felt the other person/team deserved it.
I give up on friendships with girls. The amount of female friends I've had who've ditched me because they're bored of me is astonishing. Guys are less drama and more fun, even if I don't care about football or don't own a PS3 so I can't contribute to a good amount of their conversations. My friendship circle has about 20 people so I know how to get things I want in a larger group of people.
I've learned to love the way I look. I have odd hair, a big nose, uneven ears and a square jaw, but it's all part of what defines me.
So essentially I am: Cynical, Independant, Tactless, Sensitive, Caring, Quite Serious, Creative and Shy guy who hates losing. A really, really odd combination.

Meant to add to that I also really like Bolton Wanderers F.C. and also that 2 of my Brothers wives had new Babies on the 8th and 9th June respectively so they now have 14 children between the 3 of them. I don't think somehow they need me adding to that in the future.

I'm Cara and I'm almost 16 (most people think I'm older aha) and I live near London in Hertfordshire. I'm half Scottish and half Irish, yet I've lived in England all my life so I have an English accent. I'm currently taking my GCSEs and my option subjects are Art, Textiles, ICT and Business Studies. When I'm older, I want to be a photographic or music journalist as photoraphy and music are my main passions and I love English so it would be dream to combine the three as a career. :)
I'm really interested in music, it's probably my favourite thing in the world. I'm not one to judge a song by the genre, I'll happily listen to anything before I decide my opinion. My favourite band in the world is 30 Seconds To Mars, I love the way they always portray a strong message in their music videos and songs and I look up to Jared Leto as he's done so many amazing things, such as working with children in Haiti and becoming Straight Edge to focus on his career. Their music means the world to me and when I went through a hard time last year, I met the band and it made me so happy because they were the most lovely bunch of guys. My favourite genres are alternative rock, post-hardcore and pop punk but I love artists like Lady Gaga and Katy Perry too as well as some grime music and rap. I used to play the drums and saxophone as well. I'm also very interested in English Literature, I'm a bit of a secret Shakespeare geek and I love reading plays and books.
I have extremely low self esteem, due to the fact I have been bullied since Year 4 due to the fact that I am quite quiet and I used to make no effort with my appearance and didn't really like the same things as the other kids. For about two years I didn't have any friends and for alot of the rest of the time I was getting bullied, I only had one or two. I don't get it so anymore but it still happens occasionally which sucks because I've changed alot and gained alot of confidence since it started. But I'm happy with my friends and couldn't hope for better ones so it's all good I guess. :)

- I have schizoid personality disorder, therefore I'm pretty much a loner hermit (and proud)
- Studied Biomedical Science at uni for a year, but then realised I didn't want to do it. Now not sure what to do with my life, but maybe doing a filmmaking course next year

Come back! :bawling:

It's so good! :worry: Reece turned me on to it and I'm a teensy bit hooked. I'm a couple episodes into season 2 now.
BUT can we talk about how ****ing atrocious Sarah's accent is. I genuinely thought she was meant to be Australian.
