View Full Version : Stephen The Church is supporting Stephen Baldwin!!

I've just had the conference call meeting with my fellow Church members and importantly...
... The Church is officially supporting Stephen Baldwin to win Celebrity Big Brother 7.
He is a charming, witty, funny man that has made a good career in Hollywood. A harder worker, faithful, trustworthy, kind... he has all the good qualities of a good Christian.
His love for Christianity... his love for all good... his love for the Church... means that The Church will repay his love by endorsing him.
The Church will ensure that Stephen wins CBB7... we supported fellow Christian Rachel Rice in BB9 and she won (against the odds). We supported the wonderful Ulrika... and she won. We supported Sophie Reade, and once again she won.
Whoever the Church endorses WINS. We have the power, we are an immense organisation. We will ensure that Stephen Baldwin will be the CBB7 winner.

Gavin

Congratulations. Whatever strips of veil remained have now completely fallen. You are just another basic, boring, standard troll.
Thank you and goodnight.
This years series is sponsored by the devil so I doubt he'll win if he's a Christian

I'm completely serious, actually. We've been a powerful organisation for years and influenced the BB vote in recent series. The Church endorses Stephen.

The battle of over-powering the Satan and his evil beings will have to be executed... and I'm sure Stephen Baldwin can show us why he will be worth winning.

Hang on a minute, here. You constantly go on about how the producers aren't bothering with Big Brother, and everything is awful, etc etc, yet in your OP you have stated that you have previously supported some of the most boring housemates to date?
Rachel? Ulrika? What did they do to help Big Brother? **** all.

I wish I could get into a battle of witticisms with you and entertain for the other members somewhat as I usually do in situations like these but ... like I said ... your just a default troll now.
Pity, really.

You don't have to be a loud mongrol to be "entertaining". Rachel was entertaining in her own beautiful way, as she respected others and was a proper lady. The same can be said of Ulrika. Both were worthy winners... the Church loved their personalities.
From first impressions, we are very eager to see more of Stephen.

I am actually 52 years old (though nearly 53). I'm not an alcoholic. I don't watch disgusting inapporpriate "pornographic" videos.
The Church is very real. Our presence has been felt and heard throught the last 3 series. We have huge power.

We had a 30 minute conference call between 22:30-23:00.
A very interesting one... some members were contemplating having "Vinnie Jones" as our favourite. But we felt that he wasn't a good enough man to give him our support due to his filthy actions in yesteryear.
Stephen Baldwin has all the right points about him to be the winner. The Church will ensure it happens.

To me (and to many other people), being able to be composed and respectful in a house like that with so many different clashing personalities around you, is a fantastic achievement.
Her rise to victory was very entertaining. Her support from Kathreya and other "B Block" members showed that she was a wonderful person.
She was entertaining in her own little way. I loved Rachel.. I'm so glad that The Church ensured she won.

Of course it speaks volumes. It speaks volumes of how ridiculously opinionated the British public are when it comes to voting in entertainment shows. Please tell me, because I'm dying to know, just a few things that Rachel, and Ulrika did during their time in the house, that would be considered as 'entertaining' or 'memorable', something worthy of voting for in an entertaiment show. Ulrika had her moments, so I'm referring to Rachel in particular, here.

Stephen is a good man. He's made mistakes in the past, but has come back from them and worked hard to get into the position he is in today. He has suffered enough... The Church forgives him for all his bad actions in the past...
... We give him our endorsment.

The Church forgives... that is one of the main points of being a Christian.
People make mistakes in the past... Sophie is a good woman. She enjoys life, she's kind, she's funny. She deserved our support over people like Siavash who cheated on his girlfriend and didn't even feel sorry about that.

Ridiculous. So because she 'rised to victory', she was entertaining? Every winner has 'risen to victory', because they successfully beat every other housemate. That doesn't make them entertaining, and if it does, I'm assuming all of the winners were your favourites, too?

No, we forgive Vinnie. We appreciate that he has worked hard over the last decade and made a great Hollywood career for himself.
However, when it came down to the crunch... we decided that Stephen was a more appropriate person to support. Our endorsement of Stephen also helps our relations with the American Church. We take the wider picture into account.

Nobody loves a forum 'character' more than I,
but,
for the Nth time in a row I really want to encourage everyone to stop feeding this one.
Its not funny.
Its not very good. Its someone who seems to have zero idea how churches work or what Christianity is about and so it doesn't work,
and,
even then it 'could' still be funny if the poster was capable of doing something ironic or silly with it,
but no.
Nothing.
Please.. lets come up with something better than this again.
thx

Why didn't you opt for Heidi Fleiss instead then?
And American church?! The church is the church, doesn't matter if its in Bristol or on Mars.
I suppose it's not that unusual that somebody like Gavin has a group of imaginary friends, who are all bossed around by an imaginary entity.

We didn't opt for Heidi because she doesn't seem to have a warm personality based on the short clips we saw of her. We like to back people who seem "nice", and we didn't get that feeling off Heidi.
The Church is the Church, indeed. But the Church in America is an institution just like the Church of England is over here.

The way she was tormeneted throughout the series by people like Rex Newmark.. and the way she reacted to that was absolutely fantastic.
Also, I loved the fact that she tried to keep fit in the house and found her excising very funny. She has a nice personality... that is why she deserved to win. Nice people deserve credit.

Seriously now, Gavin. Why do you bother? It's obvious you make up ridiculous thoughts and opinions to try and entertain yourself which is actually very sad but at the same time it's quite impressive. You've managed to keep it up for so long, I remember during the Summer how you were playing this game saying you model yourself on John Mcririck. So hats of to you for keeping it up and probably fooling a few people but please... ****** off.
No, there are Protestant Churches in America.
But on the whole America is a Catholic country so hardly any of the churches over there will join the campaign to get Stephen to win CBB, well 99.9999% of people there probably don't even know its on anyway

Rex Newmark > Rachel Rice.
You could name a thousand more Rex quotes than you could Rachel.
I take it you liked Hira, too, then? Her 'excercising' was a lot funnier than Rachel's. Nice people deserve credit, yes. But not on an entertainment show, where we are supposed to be voting for the most interesting, funny, and memorable housemate. It's people like you, and others, that support these 'filler housemates', that have contributed to the downfall of Big Brother. Even moreso than the producers own input, quite frankly.

We want to improve relations with them (far away from anything to do with CBB), as there has been some problems between us in recent years. We feel that by giving an endorsement to an American Christian on Celebrity Big Brother, will help improve relations.

People can vote based on whatever they want to.
Some people vote based solely on entertainment, some vote on looks... but some (like the CHurch) like to vote for good people who are honest, kind and thoughtful... there was no person better suited to our description than Rachel Rice.
She is a class lady.

Nope, I didn't find her boring at all. You found her boring because the BB producers were editing out all her good bits.
But on the live feed, she was funny, she got involved with the tasks, she stood up for herself, she got involved with banter... she was a fantastic housemate.

Then why are you doing an American 'Character' on the boards?
I mean.. its not really. Its like a British teenager who doesn't know anything about American Christians except what he sees comedians saying. Then trying to do an 'American fundamentalist' character. Badly.
So your 'fundamentalist' type Church is in the UK?
Seriously.. this is why I say your 'online character' is stupid and dumbs down the forum.

I do support Stephen (and Vinnie too) but I'm not going into the religious argument. I like Stephen because he's entertaining, opinionated and a funny guy, not because he's an extreme conservative believer. I'm a Christian myself but I'm not as extreme as he is. He likes to make controversy anyway.
