How do i put a pic on my profile?

Sorry if this is in the incorrect forum or whatever. But how do i put a public pic onmy profile?

Go to User CP then to where it says change profile pic and upload one from your comp or link to a pic hosting website where it tells you to :)

Upload a photo to a site like http://tinypic.com/ and then you use your User CP and 'edit signature' and 'edit avatar' and just put the links :)
