I am a betting man and this is info for gamblers, i reckon Alex might win this and emerge from the shadow of Jordon. His odds are still worth throwing a few quid on.
I can see him being the big story this year and emerge smelling of roses, sinner to saint.

Well just look at this forum, there has been hardly anything negative said about him and for sure not recently. This is the first time we Alex Reid the man, not the tabloid headline. If he comes across a decent bloke then he might just win this.

I do think he coming across a decent bloke but I await Jordan to ruin that.
But even if she doesn't so far with the exception of Jonas and Baldwin I don't think anyone is coming out of it badly there isn't much negative about anyone atm.

I really don't know where you have your conviction that he will win people over, people who read "those" papers probably don't like him, fight fans don't like him cause he is potrayed as a ******, people who don't like celebrity non entities won't like him.
I think a few GEEZAS might who watch it and go "What a lovely bloke banging that big titted lass, well done fella" but you have the "nice old woman" template, little good looking hip hop dude, "ditsy girl" template etc far too early and still seems unlikely to me.

My point is, that we only know Alex Reid from the tabloids, now we will know who Alex Reid really is. I am a fan of no Housemate, but so far he has not come across bad. There are many people on this forum who were judgemental about him because of tabloids but are liking him. He worth putting a few quid on.

Your logic has just made sense to me actually. Because of the "hatred" people have for Jordan and association he has, btw i couldn't care less about Jordan Peter or Alex, his odds of winning will be far higher and will come down as the show goes on if, as he has been so far, he comes across as a decent enough guy if a bit deluded.
So put a bet on now while you get good odds because chances are he will have as much chance as anyone else?
Vicky.

Trouble with Alex is what exactly can he do once he leaves the house? Go back to cage fighting? Certainly. Make a hit movie? Never (not from what I've seen of his appalling acting). Write a book? He can barely string a sentence together. Shag Krusty and be her chew toy? Well yes there's that:joker:

That makes no diffence though...people dont win based on what they may then go on to do...

I don't think he can be taken seriously as a fighter now. His opponents just know he's not aggressive at all. Plus there doesn't seem to be much money in it.
He should do what Andre did for 5 years...ride Jordans gravy train! Mags, reality tv shows etc I'm certain ITV2 are planning the Kate n Alex show already.
As for movies; JC van Damme, Dolph Lundgren, Arnie, Sly....etc...none of them could act their way out of a paper bag.

How could he suddenly turn into a favourite? Just by showing off his ass?

Does not matter what he does aslong as he wins, cos £50 on 18/1 bet means almost £1000 cash in my sky rocket.
