Of course I can. It's quite fun experimenting with flavours or trying out different recipes and I get great satisfaction out of preparing a nice meal for others to enjoy.

I do have to admit that I am using a vegetarian stock cube, oh the shame of it.

Yep!I prefer baking to cooking though. Cos all veggie dishes have feck loads of vegtables in them and I'm not that fond of a lot of vegtables,sure all Quorn comes in a packet!

Well a fry up is easy, and like pasta and hard spaghetti, but mostly eat ready meals, not a healthy eater at all.

It is easy to cook healthy meals. Just slap in a fishcake in the oven and put some veggies in a pan with water and turn the hob on to warm the veggies until they are nice and soft.
