How would they have made sure the evictee would be in that position, as the housemates would be rehearsing all day beforee the lines close.

Let Sisqo or whoever would be in his place in on it and tell him to "pick someone at random" when the time comes, but with BB telling him the result (secreted earpiece and all that)

They all got to go soon and in some cases the sooner the better, Sov wont last long, thankfully!

If Sisqo was up for eviction, BB would probably assign that task to another HM who isn't facing the public vote.

They could easily have assigned the task to the person they knew was being evicted, could have closed phone lines earlier than usual.

That would have been epic!
