Make it so that guests CANNOT view other member's profiles without first logging in. Most other PhP sites have this enabled and it helps protect privacy too

I've always wondered that... accounts with 0 posts that registered over 6 months ago surely aren't going to come back and suddenly post; the admins could always post a header notice on the forum warning people of impending deletion of accounts...

This and also limit how much non-logged in users can see since right now, they can see EVERYTHING (except the admin and mod panels).
