View Full Version : Glee set to storm the UK Charts....

On DS it says that the cover versions performed by the cast of Glee are already in the top 20 of the UK Charts and are expected to move up the charts as the show gains momentum, Also 'Dont Stop Believin' performed by the Glee cast is at No.3 on the UK Itunes chart.

Imagine if Glee aired on a terrestial channel then..... I didn't expect it to do quite so well although I knew the music would make a small splash at least.

It should air on C4 as it would get like 3 million viewers per episode

Glee got 1.4 million on E4! Thats amazing for E4. Desperate Housewives first look only gets like 500,000

It will lose viewers as the season kicks in, but that is the case with every series on television.

Group of uncool kids in a singing and dancing club in school, everyone is the school thinks they are real losers.

A teacher who once was in glee club and loved it, takes over.

There is plenty of modern music done in a broadway style.

Its funny and charming. And once in a while sad.

I disagree. I think word of mouth will benefit this show. In the US, its ratings have just risen each week. I don't think it'll ever go ever this figure here, but I don't think it'll fall much either.

I think the ratings will stay around the 1m mark every week, if a song from the show can get to #3 on iTunes and all of the other songs featured in the episode are in the top 100, then that's a good sign.

The first episode was awful but I just watched the second one on TV today and it was great.

I agree its bullcrap too. But just like HSM, and Twilight, its gonna be popular.

This is the "what the hell were they thinking generation", who will be made fun of in the future. :)

Its just a cliche cheesy ass High school uncool kids whatever craap. I cant believe some of the things that got popular these past 2 years.
