How do I create an Avatar here

Go to User CP on the left at the top of the screen and you should see an edit Avatar option.

That's because the image is too big, the pixel dimensions are too big for the forum limits, which are 150x160 pixels. You can resize images on this site:

There you go, farhad. You'd put your image in against Profile Picture rather than Avatar.

Sorry Brad - it's been decided to stop name changes at the moment .... too many others things going on, and also people are losing track of who's who. Probably start again after CBB. :hug:

That's OK, just click the 'Replace Profile Picture' button, delete the URL that's currently there, and replace it with the URL of the pic you want to use. Give me a shout if you have a problem.
