Tila Tequila has announced that she is pregnant.
Tequila, who was engaged to the late heiress Casey Johnson, posted on Twitter that she is expecting the child of a war hero.
"I am very happy, despite the loss of my Wife," she wrote. "But she told me not to let that stress me anymore. she told me I dont have to stand up 4 her. I have a baby growing inside of me now, & that is my new happiness in life. Happiness is something hard to find, but then again. not really."
Tequila, who has previously said that she will become a surrogate mother for her brother, added that the baby is her own.
"That is the big news," she said. "Its no longer my brother's baby as Surrogate mother. It is MY very own baby. Yes. MINE ... So I have decided to let all of this 'defending myself' 'fighting for Casey' etc... & let it go. I want to focus on my child now. NEW LIFE!"
She continued: "I'm just happy cuz the baby's father is an AMERICAN HERO! Served in the US ARMY 4 10 years & fought war in Afghan & got shot. He survived. Now hes out of army after 10 years and is now a fireman and EMT! My baby's father is a HERO and saves lives & risked his own in call of duty."
Tequila added that she had planned the pregnancy with Johnson and said that she wants to protect the baby from the media.
"It'll be private," she said. "Once I have it, I wont even announce it. I won't even go out to let paps take pics of my belly once it shows. I want 2 protect my child ... I will never take pics of the baby or sell photos for money for magazine covers. Once I have it.. I'm gone."
