View Full Version : The word 'bullying' needs to be banned from this forum
Sov is NOT being bullied, I'm sick of seeing that word so overused.
Once upon a time housemates threw bins, buffet trays, sprinkled scabs in food, threatened to jump others in the outside world etc and not once was 'bullying' mentioned.

Sov is being singled out big time, I can understand why people would suggest bullying is involved, I do think there is an aspect of it.

Shes not exactly being singled out for a reason though. Its not like they're just picking on Sov. She brings it on herself.

Maxwell sprinkled scabs in Science's mince.
Astonishingly, Science and Maxwell were mates again in the final BBLB show.

I just think they are completely over reacting and singling her out way too far that they even tried breaking Basshunter and Sov's friendship tonight [even though the cheeky begger nommed her].

I havent been watching but what Ive reed about the show, it just seems steph and Vinnie are just bitching about her. Not very nice know. Its not bullying know... however it seems to be leading to it, as what Ive reed vinnie is trying to get everyone against Sov, which is a cowardly horrible thing to do.

Could I ask what substance you are on?
Obviously Jonas and Sov have a great friendship as he nominated her, something real friends always do.

Dont think he needs to turn anyone against her. She does that quite well by herself.
I did notice however what was shown in the highlights show on Sun 17th comments against her by Vinnie, was let's say judicious editing by the BB production team, compared to some of the live feed.
In a couple of cases other people started the conversations, more people added to it and then vinnie added his two penneth worth, the highlights only showed Vinnies comments.
So Yeah vinnie must be bullying her. Tards

I think the elders in the house think they actually have a right to rule the roost and if anyone goes against what they say them they attack. Correct me if I am wrong but didnt the Nazis in Germany single out people who they felt didnt fit in. These people have no right to tell Sov what to do or anyone else either. Usual group situation has developed but a particularly nasty group if you ask me. I mean Ivana votes Jonas for getting naked but not her pal Alex who was just as naked if not more because of the size of him and says she was offended when she was clearly egging them on.

Yes, but the younger ones don't do anything, even if given the chance. No washing, no cleaning, it's almost as if they expect the older ones to do it. Works both ways really, and sov does a good job of singling herself out. Oh and Godwins Law.

Sov is being a petulent brat at times no doubt but Vinnie and Steph are acting like some sad old uncle and aunt at a relatives wedding, don't drink, don't shout and bloody hell don't mention the war etc.....Dane is now like Alex before falling in behind Vinnie. Vinnie has been funny at times fair enough but bloody hell this is the guy who has done some of the strupidest things ever, bite a reporters nose, attack people in toilets and now he is the moral guardian of the nation. Do me a favour.

LOL Vincent is a madman, apparently his neighbour (of old) used to look after peoples horses and he caught a guy walking a horse on his property and battered him then warned not to return, not sure on the truth of this but my mate saw it on a irish TV station (the horse walker was irish).

I disagree with the OP of this thread. You can't control what we say. But, sure if you want to turn this forum into a dictatorship like Vinnie's trying to do in the house, then go ahead. But I will not stand for it and I'm sure there are others that feel the same.

Its of no matter if she does anything or not. They dont have to do things for her if they dont want to but they are all about the fact that she wont do as THEY say and they have no right to tell her what to do. I am sure if Jones wasnt constrained by the rule book he would have picked Sov up by the neck and given her the shake that the lovely Beacham had suggested. Lovely people really.

Yeah, was it a reporter from the Mirror or the Sun or such like that he bit on the nose, think he said that shortly after he went into the woods one morning about six or seven and took his shotgun with the intention of doing himself in. Yet he is moaning about a not very bright immature girl wanting an egg, where is that pot and kettle.

WOW if it comes to the final and it's Sov VS 1 person (prob vinnie) I can actually see sov winning now ! She has a fan base as she has singled herself out, people like to relate to an outcast, I still reckon she should stay in 'till the final but don't want a stain on society like Sov winning Sorry, but thats my opinion :) I heard all the storied of her spitting on bouncers. Dirty bugger.

Will it teach them though, think Nic T and Dane are intimidated by Vinnie to a certain extent (maybe not the brightest sparks) and talking of in the dark individuals Alex seems oblivious to whats happening at the best of times. Vinnie has nobody to stand up to him thats why he is walking all over the rest of them. Put somebody like that sad tosser from Gladiators was it the Wolfman or whatever he was called who gave him a good going over and see if he is still as cocky.

thats pretty much the reason a bully would give though, saying they brought it on themselves? personally i dont see this as bullying but when the elders in the house start targeting the youngest in the house,im pretty sure thats borderline...
however im not here to discuss symantics, suffice it to say they could ease up on her, nothing more..

True, was going to mention the editing part as well. To date Vinnie has been the favourite but as you say whether through his careful editing or lapses of concentration(mmm) he needs look at the greater overall scheme of things. Still need someone to stand up to him though, whilst not calling for a repeat of fight night (if that could or actually happened as reported) we could do with some competition for the head honcho lol Dane isn't exactly the kind of opponent Vinnie would fear is he?

Anyone who thinks Sov is being bullied from a hour long EDITED show is ridiculous. I guess the people who think this are the new BB fans who don't know $hit. YES she is a brat, but no one is bullying her. I guess her fans want to make her the victim though....

Vinnie has ruled the roost to date think BB thought him and Alex could be box office. That was a non event tbh, Sov is an annoying little bitch but the way they are dealing with her is not exactly making them come across as any better than school yard bullies, maybe more subtle to date but not much. Vinnie has been funny but a bit of an old woman at times and what is it with and cleaning non stop. Why are there no real men on this show any more then again was there ever lol.

Actually meant that Vinnie sits in bed criticising non stop (like something out of Coronation Street) as for the washing up he seems like he has some form of OCD and thats not meant to be a criticism just an observation. As for the real men quote, it was intended to highlight the need for male contestants to continually prove they are politically correct and in Vinnies case forget who he is or what he has done. Check his history online if you care to.

Its the nature of the show, the herd mentality etc. Watching it is not always easy but it is a great way of looking at human interactions and thats what we find so unsettling. At the moment Vinnie is the King of the Jungle but watch as the show unravels slowly, bit by bit he will be undone by a mix of his own doing and BB manipulation. Its in the brochure and we all pay for the issue rights.
Vinnie has major bullying tendencies.
