does anyone know how to make avatars where pictures move?

if anyone knows could you please please make me one that matches my michelle banner? so that the avatar is the pictures from my siggy but so the avatar shows them all one-by-one

i'd feel really bad though because i've already sent her loads of u2u's asking her if she could make me a banner and stuff is she the only one on this forum who knows how to make them?
