Thats a link to a translated page of a swiss newspaper, where Sisqo argues that he wasnt even in the country at the time of conception, the last paragraph it says that the Zurich District Court felt the weight of evidence presented to it backed up his claim.

The paternity claim then went to the Swiss High Court which looked at it again and using medial report on the date of conception decided the paternity claim and the maintenance action against him was fair. Then given the only proper defence for him under Swiss Law was to provide a DNA sample, which he refused to do. they had to state he was in Swiss Law the father of the child in question.

If you are in a nightclub then you are in a certain state of mind; a bit tipsy maybe, a bit horny maybe...all of which affects your judgement. I know that in swedish law there are exceptions if both are similar in age. There probably exist similar exceptions in other countries. In Ukraine there is not real age of consent. They instead talk about sexual maturity, that in practise can be anything between 14 and 16. Maybe that makes more sense. However, it opens up the problem of how to define maturity.

You are are missing the main point of his refusal, if he is found to be the father through a DNA test then he can be charged with sex with a minor/statutory rape. Once paternity has been proven criminal charges can then be prepared. The Swiss can then apply for his extradition because thats a criminal offence but at the moment they cant because its a civil paternity suit its down to the fact he refused the DNA test because he is probably the father.
