If Stephen is evicted on Friday, it is with God's blessing.

In Luke 9:25, Jesus Christ said: "For what profit is it to a man if he gains the whole world, and is himself destroyed or lost?"

He is saying what is the point of winning, when it could potentially destroy your life. Winning is not everything. If Stephen is evicted on Friday, he leaves a winner. He leaves as THE WINNER on Friday.
