I think you are wrong. Stephen sees the bigger picture all round and just says what he thinks to whoever he is talking to. He isn't afraid to say what he thinks - whether talking privately one - on - one or in a group to their faces. There is plenty of evidence of that.
I think he is the HM who feels most secure about himself as a person. He is enjoying the experience and is having fun with it. I love him cos he's so darn entertaining!

Better to feel high and mighty than to not know what's good for you. Stephen is on the ball my friend and not because he's evangeical christian but because his intelligence is of the superior kind. He does not, he had a pampered middle class upbringing, got acting jobs because of the family name, couldnt cope with the extra money, took himself in several addictions, managed to bankrupt himself but cover his ass (chapter 11 bankruptcy) to keep himself housed and in charge of his own financial affairs and now plays the Reality Shows hoping for a good payoff to bankroll his ministries so he can squeeze money back from gullible suckers(oops young people).
