The odds don't say who's out or not. The bookies have no inside knowledge.

Odds only go by how much a person puts on that person/team/whatever. So, at the moment, people have been putting a ton of money on Stephen and Ivana. The bookies put down the odds so they don't have to pay that much out if they're wrong.
