There are several threads heaping either praise or criticism against certain housemates. I have seen on the forum alone several threads about Vinnie being a thug, or what happens if he loses it etc. Those members should realise a personal crusade against a housemate, and desperately trying to convince forum members with countless threads, are on cusp of insanity? Just watch the BB with less afliation because a day or 2 after it over you will not give a toss about Jones, Reid, Bowers or anybody else from that house. Get a grip of yourself.

Amen. These personal agenda threads and threads to try and convince us to vote or not vote for certain housemates are annoying. Some of these people just come on here to push their own agendas. They have almost as many created threads as total posts.

And the voting & pleading threads are really annoying. You think Jonas is entertaining and he should win? Good for you. But I'm not voting for him. Now piss off.

They can't really have much going on in their life.

Then again most posters on this forum are teeny boppers so you can't blame the little kids for getting overexcited.

The voting threads may be from teeny boppers but all these nutty conspiracy ladden threads are from people in mid 40's seemingly.

Good luck getting into Elstree. It's better protected than Downing Street! :laugh2:

Agreed, it's quite....well obsessive to care that much, some people do need to step back and remind themselves it's just a TV show.

Perfectly valid to say a thug shouldn't win. When you generalise about certain fm's you are constructing a strawman.

Sometimes I think this show should come with a warning or disclaimer. It seems some people fall into the precarious trap of developing an infatuation with certain housemates which seems like a byproduct of vicariously living out their lives. Then there is the other emotional extreme of "this person is scum and deserves to die". I think that is the point at which you need to stop watching the show.

I think if you post more than one thread saying the same thing than you need a little perspective. I've made 2/3 on different things and all inviting debate

That is a serious eye roll there mate.

It not about the housemates, it about us, the forum users. For instance, there is a forum user called Ghostinthehouse (should be flattered) who has made several thread disliking Vinnie Jones. He could have the same agenda about Ivana or Nicola, does not matter who it is. What matters that these over zealous members get a grip and enjoy BB and not focus on it so extremely.

In a weeks time this vendetta will be pointless.

Christ you are so amazingly ****ing ignorant. The thread is about people going overboard about housemates on a non stop basis which you are clearly guilty of. You just sit there in some vaccous bubble oblivious to anything anybody else says that crosses or contradicts your own agendas on here.

It's not just 'people not liking Vinnie' though. People are allowed like or dislike who they please. That's not what this thread is about at all if you read it properly.

Your not getting it mate, and what worries me is you might never be able to comprehend what I am saying.

This is not directed at Vinnie, he was an example about useless effort people put into this forum because they dislike a housemate or want to sway the vote.

Create the odd thread to voice your opinion and concerns, and once the thread is created you say whats on your mind.

But to create a variety of threads about the same person in quick succession with only minor differences between each thread is ridiculous.

Well I don't vote, and I don't encourage to vote. I have never written a "put so and so back in" thread. I am willing to change my mind about housemates if I think they are showing more negatives than postives. I don't join fan clubs and most importantly I have not had a fav housemate for several years.
