I read on here that a guy gave his task suggestions for BB10 and they ended up being used in the series.
If I remember correctly they were; the circus task, the boyband/girlband task, and the Beyonce's Single Ladies Music Video remake.
So what NEW tasks would you like to see in the house?
Here are a few of my ideas:
1. Task taken from a European BB - Release of the Tarantulas!
HMs will be locked in one of the rooms while the team set 99 Tarantulas free in the house. The housemates are then let out and told there are 100 tarantulas in the house and they must find and collect all 100 as quickly as possible. HMs will collect as many as possible and when they've got 99, they'll all be looking for the one remaining spider, unaware there is no 100th spider.
Would you go to sleep knowing there is a tarantula loose in the house?
2. Back in Time!
~(Monday) HMs are locked in the bedroom. When they come out they find the house is bare with wood and stone randomly placed in the house. HMs will be sent back in time every day of the week (eviction moved to Monday night), starting with the stone age.The bedroom will be locked once all HMs have come out, and they'll be left to improvise with the rock and wood. They'll also be instructed to remove their clothes (behind a screen) and wear a potato sack - they can change it however they like, but they will only be given the one. Meals will be thrown over the wall into the garden. If HMs want to eat, they must eat it off the floor. They'll be made to sleep in the task room, which will be designed to go along with the era. A basic portaloo will be put in the garden for HM's to use as all toilets will be locked. And water can only be drank from a small drinking fountain using their hands as cups.
~(Tuesday) When they wake up, the house has been re-done again. In the garden is a small hut. HMs are now in the Bronze Age. HMs must appoint a leader, who is allowed in the hut to recieve their new outfit. The leader must then appoint an aide to assist them with their duties. HMs must prepare a meal for the leader and his aide which include plucking a chicken, skinning a rabbit, etc (a bit like BB10).
~(Wednesday) The next morning HMs wake to find themselves in Ancient Rome. They're given a new outfit - rags! The pool has been re-opened for HMs to bathe in, but they still only have their potato sacks and rags and must think carefully about whether to go in or not (they can go in naked and flash their bits on TV or go in with their clothes on, which they must then sleep in). The leader must appoint 6HMs to be his army and 3HMs to be his cooks, cleaners, etc. Soldiers will then be given a brutal workout, while the cooks will be made to prepare a feast. BB will then tell the Army they can overthrow the leader and his aide and replace two of themselves as the leader and his aide, or they can keep the current leader. HMs are unaware that if they overthrow the leader and his aide, the members of "the Army" who become the new leader and aide will face the public vote, or the current leader and aide will face the public vote if they keep it the same. Phone lines don't open until Friday.
~(Thursday) HMs wake the next morning to find themselves in the Middle Ages. Small huts will be put in the garden for HMs to live in 3 per person. A 'lake' will be in the garden for HMs to bathe in, with the pool still available. The water in the 'lake' will not be changed however. HMs will become either artists, scholars or priests, with one HM becoming a market stall keeper. In order to get items from the market stall, HMs must trade items with the keeper. Only the keeper will know, but if they gain enough items, they will be immune from eviction that week. Later that night, BB tells housemates they must "carve" the name of the HM they want to face the public vote. Once everyone has "carved" their name, they must show it to the rest of the group and explain their reasons for their nomination. The leader and his aide are not allowed to be nominated (unaware they're already facing the public vote). And if the market owner passes, they're also immune.
~(Friday) HMs will then go to the Victorian Times. They will recieve new clothes again. HMs will be sent to the task room, where 3 'factories' will be set up. HMs must choose one Factory Leader for each 'factory', and one HM must be chosen to become the King/Queen. The King/Queen will not be allowed to participate in the factories. Once HMs have completed their tasks, they can return to the main house where there is now double beds for them to sleep in. They will only have thin mattresses and a basic blanket.
~(Saturday)HMs will now wake to WW2 Britain where food is rationed and therefore very basic. The Kitchen and bathroom are re-opened, but the shower is not in use, and the bath only runs cold water. HMs must move a pile of rubble placed in the garden into a number of containers, separating the rubble into size, colour and type (brick, rock, etc). They will get new clothes for the day.
~(Sunday) HMs are now in the 60's. They will be given typical 60's clothing, complete with wigs from the decade. HMs will be thrown a roller disco with alcohol, party food, etc.
~(Monday) HMs return to today. All of the house in unlocked. HMs can get back into their usual clothes, sleep in their beds and have a hot bath/shower, and the kitchen is now fully open for them to eat normally. In the morning HMs are told that the public have been voting. When HMs look baffled as to how the HMs were chosen for eviction, BB will reveal the earlier twist in the Ancient Rome era (weds) that the Army's decision decided who went up.
