David, even though it's common as muck, but hey I've had to learn to like my own name.

'Arnold' and 'Callum' are both pretty good names, although probably less popular (and it would take some guts to name your kid the former).

'Trent' and 'Stephen' (pronounced 'stefan') have to be the worst male Christian names I can think of.
