La Roux star Elly Jackson has accused Jedward of copying her trademark quiff.
The 'In For The Kill' singer joked that John & Edward even owe her royalties for stealing her look.
"They were great." Said Elly. "When I saw them I was like: 'Come on boys, copyright. Cough up.'
"I really think they're brilliant and we're having a competition for the biggest quiff."
Although she gave Jedward the thumbs up, Jackson added to the Daily Star that she hates the show they came from.
"I refuse to watch The X Factor. I have a massive problem with the show - but not the actual contestants.
"I just know what it does to people in the industry. It totally overshadows new artists who have been struggling for years writing their own albums and playing in bars.
"Then someone comes along who has sung on a show for two weeks and gets a No 1.

Stupid old idiot, they sing on a show for 10 Weeks not 2 weeks.

I hate this bitch, Im quite sure Jedward hadnt even heard of her never mind steal her stupid hair style.

N Dubz Hate her too apperantly shes a stuck up cow.

I loved when Tinchy and N Dubz were at Number 1 for weeks and she remained at Number 2, the tosser.

i just dont understand why some ppl cant be bothered to READ the ****ing artcle FIRST and then post their comments of abuse AFTERWARDS

Eh people,La Roux didn't even mock Jedward,she said she disliked the show,not the contestants. And those bands playing in bars have every chance of auditioning for The X Factor too.

No,I'm not saying that's the only route! I'm just saying La Roux can't give out about people who've been trying for years not getting a chance,when X Factor is a chance. I would say more credible routes were better,but XF gives someone a dream and that's never a bad thing.

Only for a tiny amount of people, it's only good for bland singers who don't mind being generic. Anyone with a serious dream should look elsewhere.

Am I right in saying that bands can't apply though? Because I don't think I've ever seen a BAND audition.
