The ISP can't really do anything though, you're not in breach of them. Its the site you're in breach of.

DS's strict policy on homophobia is probably the only thing I like about them.

That makes sense. OP I shouldn't worry too much......

What really irks me is that there are some poor souls out there who are persuaded to actually pay to make an account on DS (if you have a yahoo, gmail, or windows live address) not knowing that they could get banned for so much as saying a certain housemate is getting special treatment or that their agents are manipulating the show (which is often true) on the basis that you are apparently commiting libel.

Digital Spy are far too harsh.....I have only ever had one 24 hour ban......That was because I critisised a fellow member for wishing Nikkie Graham from BB would have anorexia and die......
I got angry at such a cruel wish and said something can't remember now what I said but no bad language was involved.......Next day banned for 24 hours......The wicked so and so that said such a wicked thing got no punishment at all as far as I could find out......
Who ever runs that outfit have got serious issues when it comes to respecting free speech......

ISP can ban you from even viewing the site.
And yes, if you are being a total nuisance, they may contact them.

If they use a decent IP trace they will get the email and other contact details for them to report any net abuse to your ISP. They can then send an emails asking that you be banned from visiting their site, however they have to provide evidence, copies of posts or pm's that support their complaint.
Net abuse teams on most ISP are fair minded people and if they believe you have abused the DS site or members on it they may send you an email asking you to refrain from visiting DS, abusing the site or its members etc. they could also ban you from all parts of the DS site.
If however they decide DS are overreacting some ISP's will send them back a nice reply fobbing them off. Others will merely reply saying they have received their complaint and will thoroughly investigate it. You probably wont even know or hear about it.
In more serious cases they are legally obliged to remove or suspend internet access while you are with that ISP and are also legally bound to inform any ISP you subsequently change over to for the reasons behind it.
Even if they were bored enough to go out and pick your account from the hundreds they probably have sent a simmilar threat to, I doubt the guy in the Nepalese toilet will care too much that your breaking the rules of a forum.
They gave me the same threat on here after my 19th account or so. The idea of Mark or James giving Eircom Broadband a bell to tell them one of their customers is making accounts pretending to be the Austrian Justice Minister is something.

The Devil's Advocate might do something for you but I'm afraid it's not going to save you from DS.
