sorry if i spelt it wrong but are you for the right to choose how and when a person dies if they have a disease which affects there quality of life like alzeimers im for it

humm i think people can be upset when they lose somebody and if it was me i would hope they would get better but for the best to put them out of there misery i would use it

Yes. I agree with it in cases of extreme suffering with no hope of recovery.......However extreme safe gaurds would be needed so that vulnerable people were not exploited to do away with themselves.....
A dificult subject I understand both sides of the argument......What annoys me is that our polititions will spend hours debating at what point they can kill (abort) the unborn and yet not devote one minute to debating possible safe gaurds for euthenasia.....

people go abroad and use it because its legal in a couple of countries you would never really be able to stop the unstable but i do agree with your point of view

I think it's sad if anyone chooses to die, but who are we to judge? All of these church clerics and the national press need to get off their high horse about it and focus on more important things.

I agree about the church and clerics who seem to be pro suffering more than they are pro life.........When you think of the story of religious beliefs that comes as no surprise really.......
I think it should have to go through doctors and courts but it should be allowed to happen

I thought that until I had to watch my father die slowly and painfully from lung cancer. Thank god for the nurses from St Christopher's Hospice who would come out any time, night or day, and gave my dad a helping hand to eternity when the pain got too much for him to bear.
