Hollyoaks, Supersize vs Superskinny, Skins, Paul O'Grady, Gok Wan's shows, anything with Gordon Ramsay in it ,anything with Alan Carr and anything featuring that monster Gillian McKeith.

Even the US import shows are mostly pretty bad (despite higher production values). I only bother with the Simpsons.
