I remember when loads of members did these, they were fun to read :) I like it - the real House tends to go overboard on making it as colourful and tacky as possible in recent years - a white, clean house would be great.

I like the pool being indoors, and the sofas' colour matching the fake grass is a cool idea.

I forgot to do the points.
-The Grass sofa is the smoking area. I never like the feeling that smokers are condemed to a bus stop or bench, away from everything and everyone else.
-The pool is indoors, so its easier to lock the door for punishment and have the housemates still see it on a hot day.
-Although there is a bathroom in the house, there is showers outside.
-There is additional seating outside for housemates to gossip and bitch about one another.
-The white 'blinds' onto the house are glass. There is a lot of glass in the house this year.

The Bathroom is situated in the bedroom.

-The room sleeps 11 with a not so private, private bedroom which sleeps 2
-The Bathroom is accessed via the bedroom

There is a major problem with this project. Everytime I open SketchUp and open the file, the program crashes. So I have a couple of options. Either I can start a new project or just make the rooms you havent seen, but it wont all go together. So I think a new project is in the works.

It's a good job you're not responsible for the actual house Glenn considering virtually all your projects get "postponed". ;) You take this virtual building to it's natural conclusion then I guess! :D

Wouldn't mind but they're usually so damn good and you're one of the best designers on here - though I must admit now having seen dozens of mock designs and I'd imagine over 100 real BB houses in the last few years it's increasingly difficult to do something significantly different.

I do like the pool, grass sofa and glass bathroom in yours (not so sure about having the toilet in that bathroom!) - I do wish though a decade on Endemol had come up with a better way of filming other than the two-way mirrors as they really do limit the design possibilities.
