Bad Avatar Quality

All the time, My Avatar is in **** quality compared to everyone elses.
Look at my avatar, on My PC That picture is nice and HQ and it looks perfect, on TiBB It looks blury in a little way and looks **** and rubbish and you cant even see how fit she is.

Does anyone else notice this or is it just me?

Is there somthing I can do to fix the Quality?
Like change the file type?
I upload them as JPEG.

you have to use some programme of your own or even tiny pic to edit the size of the picture so its the size of avatars on here


if you just upload a normal picture the site will make it smaller itself and often pixelate it causingit to look blurry

You need to resize it.

If you upload it at it's normal size, it squeezes it down.

I see what is causing this, avatars are being converted to gifs, which can only have 256 colours.

It's not too easy to fix. :S Will keep looking.
