this was the headline today and the joe is thinking it is disqusting that we let 40 000 die from the cold especialy while we have all these mps claiming for everything under the sun. we need a govenment that serve us and have our best interest at heart < unfortuantely the joe will never see this day lol

Means and Age tested cold weather payments. Also some of the cold weather payments are only awarded after a 3 week period of sub zero weather.

Sad reflection on our benefits system and society as a whole when people have to rely on "cold weather" payments to live.
