Heidi Montag has revealed that she will have more plastic surgery in the future.
The Hills star caused controversy earlier this year when it emerged that she had ten cosmetic procedures in one day.
However, Montag told People that she expects to go under the knife again in the future, explaining: "Eventually, for maintenance."
She added that having the surgery was "the best decision [she's] ever made" and added that she is particularly proud of her chin.
"My favourite part, I think one of them is my chin," she said. "I think that's what I was so excited about. And I love my boobs but I still want them to improve... I didn't get them as big as I originally wanted."
Heidi Montag recently revealed that she is planning to pose for Playboy again.
