He set himself up as a role model. If your Liam Gallagher and you set yourself up as being a lewd rockstar then no, you don't have to justify anything, but Woods set himself up as a hero. A role model. And look kids ... his a piece of ****.

I just dont think they owe me or or anyone else anything. Apart from great performances on their field of expertise. What is he apologizing to me gonna do? As if he really cares, or means it! Its cringey and contrite.

It was him that put himself on the pedastal. You don't think it's at all disingenuine that he was visiting schools giving speeches to kids about moral values and raking in endorsment revenue because of wearing his goodguy badges whilst banging strippers?

For me, all it does, is open himself to, the "it wasnt sincere" comments, it was for the sponsors etc.... They already have all them expert talking about body language and crrap like that. LOL. They will scrutinize every word and tear him apart aS USUAL.

Well that's what happens when your a famous role model for kids and it turns out that your a bit of a dirty bastard. People will tear into you. What was he expecting, a foot massage?

I listened to the statement earlier and I thought he went on for too long and that made it seem less sincere but it is really none of our business. I agree he doesn't have much to apologise to the public for.

It's not like he is a minister who had been preaching about family values in the past.

It's all a bit of a silly media circus.

Like wannashag, I've not been following this story nor do I really care but at the end of the day, it's his life. So what, he *****ed some women? Get over it.

People take too much of an interest in other peoples lives nowadays. Tiger Woods, John Terry, Ashley Cole, all the same, bla bla bla bla bla.

he was a role model to american kids
I dont why british people think they have a right to complain about it
he only came to europe to play in golf events
it's not his fault that british people think they are an extended part of america and follow every american celebrity story like it's their own

you dont see any americans discussing the Ashley Cole thing
