Kerry Katona is reportedly planning a career relaunch after leaving husband Mark Croft.
According to the Daily Star, Katona has jetted to Tenerife following her split from the former cabbie after he accused her of cheating on him.
Now a source close to the 29-year-old have revealed that she wants to reinvent herself to win back the public's affection after her recent stint at a fitness camp.
Despite recent reports of cocaine addiction and bankruptcy, a source close to Katona says that the star hopes that she can "come good" after leaving Croft.
The insider said: "Kerry is looking great and is determined to get her career back on track. She's off the drugs and is better than ever. Now all she needs is a nice man in her life."
"She's working hard to clean up her image and hopes that now Mark has gone she can win over the public again. People only went off her because of him, so she’s praying she can manage a comeback."
Katona is said to have known it was time to end the relationship when Croft accused her of being unfaithful. The source added: "Kerry finally realised it's time to lose the leech. She told him she hadn't cheated but he was convinced. She now knows she’s better off without him."
Mother-of-four Katona flew to Tenerife this week, taking Max, 1, and Heidi, 3, with her, while daughters Molly, 8, and Lilly Sue, 7, stayed at home with their dad Brian McFadden.
Croft is now expected to move out of the couple's home in Wilmslow, Cheshire.
