I am sure she was a Great Lady
but this just shows that Killer Whales being held in a Pool
can get Angry,
and she had no Idea as it dragged her under banging her side to side.

No way of saving her.

Maybe it is better there than on a Japan Whale Boat
but you can never know when they are so Angry at you.

Should they Stop holding them in a Pool?

Thats basically what happens when you lock up wild animals.

I hate how the killer whale will probably get put down now, just release it into the wild ffs!

A very sad story none the less

I don't see why man has to encage other living things for their titilation and entertainment. Some are too inquisitive.

This Lady was rare
and her shows were second to none.
But all the time that young male Whale was getting angry
and she could never tell that.

That place is now open again
but no Killer Whale shows , as yet.

supernoodles!

I can`t bear to think about this,it freaks me out =/ poor lady.I hope they release the whale back into the wild now,I don`t agree with keeping them locked up at all-There are ways to see them in the wild.

it is an inevitable result of trying to see animals as people or disney characters

I heard about this on the radio this morning, I think they're letting the Whale go. It's very sad for the lady who was killed but it's a killer whale, it shouldn't have been seen as a pet in the first place, keeping animals like that in captivity is just wrong.

Fox News Live
has confirmed that Seaworld has now started
the Killer Whale Shows again.

They seem to think her Ponytale
was why the Killer Whale grabbed her.

I dont think the whale did it on porpoise.

It thought her hair was a new toy, or didnt know what it was.

It cant really be released, marine biologists reckon it wouldnt last in the wild.
