If your item arrives damaged
unless you know how it was treated by mail staff
do not email and say that the packaging was insufficient blah blah
oh and
if you want to know if your item has been posted then look in your items won section, if the envelope icon is lit...it has been posted
also
if your item has not arrived it is not that the seller is a conman trying to run a brass lady bell scam for £2.99. If the seller has 20,000 positives and has been selling for 8 years it is unlikely that he is a scammer..

I have 3500 positives but if a seller don't get the thing to my address, I don't give 2 hoots if they have 133500 positives - they still didn't give me what I paid for and I will neg them/PP complain
You are as only as good as your last transaction is the phrase

I only buy from sellers that have a good % or have good feedback.

That is probably a good idea - tho I relax that rule if a newbie had neged a seller for what seems unreasonable

I do relax it a bit and I'll buy stuff off someone with 99.1% and maybe someone who has 32 transactions and a good feedback percentage, but I won't go much lower than 98% or 25 transactions. I generally try and go for 100% and 50 though even if it means I pay an extra bit
