Kimberly, Ashley, Jessica and Melody all depart from the Pussycat Dolls

Kimberly Wyatt has announced that she has decided to leave the Pussycat Dolls.

Wyatt, who recently appeared as a judge on Sky1 show Got To Dance, has previously said that she is unsure about the future of the band and has revealed plans to create a new group without lead singer Nicole Scherzinger.

She has also admitted that she does not think of Scherzinger as a friend.

Wyatt has now revealed that she has decided to quit the band because of the "variables off-stage".

"I've left the group," she told Loaded. "I am so thankful for everything the Pussycat Dolls [have] brought into my life. But I have to say there were just too many variables that I couldn't agree with and I had to follow my heart. So I decided to kind of push on with my own life."

Wyatt added: "Money and fame can't buy happiness. Ultimately I think that happiness is the most important thing in life and I think that once I started to get to know myself more and more I was like, 'You know, I don't think that happiness is within this group right now'.

"I wish that it was different because I love what we do on stage. I love being a Doll, but as far as the variables off-stage are concerned - I just couldn't do it anymore."

she has, in fact she\s been the most vocal about her disdain for Nicole and the PCD machine and is currently working on a retro album.

I hope Ashley jumps ship soon too and leaves Nicole Flopzinger and her groupies to it.

Yes, I have left the Pussycat Dolls..I love you all sooo much!!! I am so grateful to have the love and support of all of you. It was an amazing ride and I learned so much!

You will be able to see me as the host of the upcoming Maxim does Spring Break on E! I will be heading to florida next week to shoot and am really excited to have fun and meet new people. Good motivation to gettin my booty in shape. hahaha

I am currently have gotten the acting bug and am falling in love with it. I have a few projects in the works and when ready I will announce more details to all of you.

I shot a pilot for Mtv as a host.. and had a blast w my girl Aubrey Oday, Marques Houston and Record producer Ghost.

Oh wow, good for them all for leaving. It must have been frustrating for them to not to have the chance to really shine as it was all Nicole dominated. Nicole is nothing without the Pussycat Dolls, all her solo work has flopped hard.

Maybe Girlicious will join Nicole now in the PCD line-up?
