Dont drink anything with a lot of sugar in or anything like juice that has the amino acids is it? that dont help..

Either get them whitened professionally, get veneers, have them removed and replaced with pearly false ones. Use salt and sodium bicarb once a day when brushing normal toothpaste after all meals and sugar or acid containing drinks. Try to eat a balanced diet, drink more milk. Avoid certain types of drugs, some steroids darken the teeth from within.

Brush them with domestos, full strength bleach. It smarts a bit that one but makes them sparkling.(joking on the domestos by the way)

Citric acid is added to lots of fruit juices as a preservative and also flavour enhancer. Especially bulk concentrates that are then used in the petrapaks.

use TWO whitening toothpastes that will act together aswell as a cavity protection paste,

THE BEST ONE!!! That has made mine soo white, everybody comments on them, Use a gum shield, and put the toofpaste along the line of the gumshield, a generous amount, keep the gum shield in aslong as possible, whilst watching tv or something, then remove it and brush your teeth gently to get it off, and that SUPER WORKS!!!

How much does professional teeth whitening service cost? I've read that the cheap fixes from chemist/ebay can cause real damage.

When I get my braces removed next year, I will whiten my teeth. Its £180 for each arch, so it will be £360 for all my teeth.... cant believe how expensive it is!! But i need to have it done after my braces.
