I need an application that will simply crop and convert videos to gifs. Any suggestions?

I want something relatively small. I had Animation Shop and if I can remember correctly, it was quite a large app. There are a lot of members on here with animated avatars and sh!t so I thought maybe they'll know.

I'm sorry it isn't clearer but the video was very bad quality.

Silent Hill: Shattered Memories is for the Wii, but you'd be better off playing some of the older games. Do you own a PS1 or 2?
