No. As stupid as Channel 4 are, I don't think they're going to axe our BB only to show the US one on E4, especially considering it didn't perform too well in the ratings.

A housemate exchange would be AMAZING. But unfortunely it would be difficult to put someone in another country on a show whose's format they didn't exactly sign up for, since the formats are both quite different.
