Eugh.. I went on holiday for a week a few months back and a coldsore popped up on my lip the day we got there. It was massive..

I used to have one all the time.

I have not had cold sore nor cold for almot five years ever since I started to drink water with drop of apple cider vinegar.(5 days on, 2 days off for some reason).
(I almost had one when I had very little sleep for weeks last December.)

Also at the same time, my craving for the cola disappeared and I do not drink it any more. I did not want to stop but I do not want to, now.
