Some say it was because Mary made the joke about her dog coming in... surely Saskia isn't that immature... oh hang

I loved Mary bless her. Saskia just couldn't handle anyone turning against her.

I used to love Saskia but now when I think of her a :dog: comes to mind :)

It was something to do with Mary bitching about Saskia with Lesleh and Craig. Saskia took it out on Mary, the evil cow!

Perhaps not, but if you were brought up knowing that you had black relatives, surely you'd realize that they were equals, and would have positive feelings towards people with different skin-colour.
What did Saskia do that made her racist, exactly? You can have an argument with someone of a different skin-colour without being racist, you know.

Also, CJ4life, I'd like to know why you're so happy to have a go at someone who you THINK is racist, when your avatar shows that you have admiration for someone who has made no secret of his homophobic views. One type of prejudice is as bad as another, don't you think?

Yes, I think it was that, Sunny. I think Lesley had brought up the subject with Mary, and Mary had agreed with her, and somehow it got back to Saskia.

it is pretty shallow - I think it was because Mary had alleged that Saskia had a boob job when talking with Lesley and Saskia had heard her. Then Saskia went on the whole do you think I would put my body through that after having my chest opened for heart surgery :spin:

I thought it was because Mary had been talking about Saskia having a boob job. First off, Mary wasn't talking to herself was she? No, she was talking to Lesley, but did Saskia have a go at Lesley - no, she just had a go at Mary, who she probably (correctly)perceived as being less able to stand up for herself than Lesley. Secondly - what an over-reaction! If someone accused me of having a boob job (which isn't a crime anyway) I'd just tell them that they were wrong, and ask them not to say things that weren't true, and then forget it.

I personally think Saskia was looking for an argument because she wanted to get noticed and she wanted the boys to note what a tough bird she was. It was funny how Mary stood up to her though

I honestly thought the argument was about Mary saying that Saskia had had a boob job - that's why Saskia kept saying about her operation and how she couldn't physically have a boob job. The dog thing was a joke, and I was amazed that any of the other housemates even believed Mary. Saskia was overbearing and went way over the top; her wobbly headed, finger pointing act really annoyed me.
