Glasses or Contacts?

My eyesight atm is fine, but if I were to need aid I think I definitely would go with glasses. I think contacts seem too fidderly and not really necessary when glasses are much simpler to put on. They also make you look intellectual. :hugesmile:

So do you wear glasses or contacts or what do you think you'd go for and why? :)

I'm so blind and I'm suppose to wear glasses all the time, but I never do. when I'm waiting for a bus in the morning I look like a tard pulling the ends of my eyes back trying to figure out the number on the bus. yes, that actually helps my sight.

if I had to choose..... contacts.

I wear glasses,I have really sensitive eyes so contacts are a no-no for me,I can't even wear eyeliner cos my eyes go mental blinking when I try. I was meant to get laser eye surgery next year but there's a Take That tour next year which is taking first priority so hopefully the year after that I'll get it!

I don't wear either but If I had it would definitely have to be glasses cos I have a huge fear of things near my eyes, I think I would find impossible to get contacts in!

ill wear glasses if going to something posh and if want to look smart, but i just wear contacts for everything else because they are so much easier and you dont have to worry about them

I have glasses for reading and writing. I hardly ever use them but have them just as a back-up because I do get eye strain sometimes.

nah, i have some thick rim black glasses and quite frankly i look hot im them
i darent wear them all the time because they were like £200

I've always worn glasses, I despise contacts because i don't like anything being that close to my eye. I wore them a few times in Drama and Media and that was enough for me really. I find Glasses a lot more comfortable.

My eye sight is terrible so I was meant to wear glasses for oh say the past three years. As it happens I only wore them for playing games - accurate sight being a necessity as opposed to TV where it's not real biggie to watch EastEnders a bit blurred.

I'm planning on switching to contacts though. I always wanted them but funnily enough couldn't wear them when I used to smoke weed because smoking weed dries up your eyeballs which is very unhealthy for the contacts.

Well it's not like I can't see perfectly fine with my glasses. I can put up with them with a bit longer if I get to see Take That.
