Yes i am ashamed, I am from a council estate background, and my family match all the stereotypes, i have alcoholic, Jailbird and drug dealing chavvy siblings and my childhood was crap.., Always arguing, and coronation street followed by eastenders and emmerdale is tradition in my house [i dont watch it].. AND i'm sure my sister has skin disease! HAHA. BUT! i think i came from out of space, i have a well spoken voice which doesn't mimic my familys.. I have achieved high grades throughout life and i work! ALL my friends are higher class and they all assume i am, It's soo strange i also don't have skin disease lol!

So yes i am ashamed. Sometimes i just thnk WHYYYYYYY was i born into this family but , take a note.. NOT ALL "working class" people match the stereotypes.

My mum and dad can drink quite a bit but well I think they are tying to drink less. They are not covered in tatoos or whatever.
